Is a Free Demo Account for Futures Worth It?

Hey everyone! I’ve been thinking about trying out a free demo account for futures trading, but I’m not sure if it’s really worth my time. Has anyone here had experience with it? Do you think it actually helps in understanding the market, or is it just a waste of effort?
