无需许可模式下的 HIP-4 运作机制

和 HIP-3 机制一致,部署者需要精准定义市场规则、妥善完成结算。如果出现重大失误,验证者有权罚没其质押资产。

方案要求部署者质押 50 万枚 HYPE(标准与 HIP-3 相同),质押锁仓周期 6 个月;只有名下所有市场全部结算完毕,部署者才能提取质押资产。初期每位部署者拥有最多创建 100 个结果标的的额度;市场结算完成后额度可以重复使用。平台后续计划通过拍卖方式扩容额外额度。部署者最终最多可以赚取自身创建市场 50% 的交易手续费。

世界杯热潮过后,下一个核心机会在哪里?

最显而易见的目标:美国中期选举。

预测市场最初依靠政治议题走入大众视野。Kalshi 和 Polymarket 早已搭建完善的选举交易面板,覆盖国会控制权、各选区竞选、席位总数等各类市场,而 HIP-4 当前尚未上线任何相关标的。

如果无需许可部署落地错过中期选举窗口期,验证者依旧可以手动上线各类中期选举市场。即便如此,HIP-4 依旧能够获取交易流量,但它会错失首个重大实战机会:无法向市场证明,外部第三方部署者能够持续为平台供给具备时效性的热门交易市场。
