Fenwick denied any knowledge of FTX's illicit activities. This marks the largest settlement in a second wave of FTX-related class actions, following the exchange's 2022 collapse and the conviction of founder Sam Bankman-Fried. The FTX bankruptcy estate has meanwhile distributed billions to reimburse creditors.
