2005年,他回国创办兆易创新。2016年,他投身国产DRAM产业建设;2018年后,他将主要精力投入长鑫科技,承诺项目盈利前不领薪。整整7年,他没拿过一分钱工资。

长鑫科技也经历了漫长的亏损期,2023年归母净亏损163.4亿元,2024年亏损71.45亿元。2025年,公司营收达到617.99亿元,同比增长155.60%;净利润71.44亿元,首次实现年度盈利。

它尚未改变全球存储市场的既有格局,但已迈入全球主要玩家的名单。这是一次历史性跨越。
