"实时以太坊兼容链"MegaETH将于10月27日启动公开销售——这已是该项目向社区开放的第三轮融资。此前两轮中,Echo社区轮与包括Dragonfly和Vitalik Buterin在内的顶级风投同价入场,Fluffle NFT轮更是达到5.32亿美元的完全稀释估值。

目前这个被业内视为"Layer 2新贵"的项目即将迎来最关键的公售时刻。

Hyperliquid预市场上,$MEGA的隐含估值已被炒至50亿美元,而Polymarket的预测显示,其上市后突破20亿美元估值的机会高达89%。

从VC抢筹到社区热议,MegaETH凭什么被看好?这场备受瞩目的公售又会否成为Layer 2赛道的新引爆点?

根据项目方公布的信息,此次公开轮的分配额度为 5%,即 100 亿枚 MEGA 代币中的 5 亿枚。投资者需使用以太坊主网上的 USDT 参与,拍卖形式为英式拍卖,出价范围在 2,650 美元至 186,282 美元之间。美国投资者需强制锁仓一年,并享有 10% 折扣,非美国投资者则可选择是否锁仓。

值得注意的是,在公开销售前,MegaETH 曾从早期种子前投资者手中回购约 4.75% 股权及代币关联认股权证,这一动作被解读为其希望进一步优化股权与代币结构、强化社区占比的信号。

打造“实时以太坊”

MegaETH 由MegaLabs 团队在 2023 年发起,核心愿景是让区块链交互达到互联网应用级速度。项目宣称,其区块确认时间可低至 10 毫秒,理论吞吐量超过每秒 100,000 笔交易(TPS),并保持与以太坊虚拟机(EVM)的完全兼容性。

在架构上,MegaETH 采用“模块化节点”设计,将区块排序、状态计算与验证工作分拆为不同角色:Sequencer 负责排序执行,Prover 生成零知识证明,Replica Node 负责状态复制。这种“专职化分工”被认为是其突破性能瓶颈的关键。与此同时,MegaETH 计划与 EigenLayer 的数据可用性层(EigenDA)对接,以进一步提升系统扩展性。

MegaETH 的核心理念是:以性能换信任边界的扩展,通过在初期牺牲部分去中心化,换取交易实时性和用户体验的质变。正如团队在技术白皮书中所写:“区块链要成为真正的互联网基础设施,就必须具备 Web2 级速度。”

团队与融资

MegaETH 的团队成员来自以太坊社区核心开发圈与传统高性能系统工程背景。CEO Yilong Li、CTO Lei Yang、COO Shuyao Kong 皆为早期以太坊与 StarkWare 社区的活跃成员。

面对如此热度,MegaETH 却选择以远低于市场预期的估值开启公开轮。

BlockWorks Research 分析师 Shaunda 指出,这是一种刻意的“逆势定价”策略,项目方深知英式拍卖和荷兰式拍卖常常导致“边际买家定价”问题:即销售价格恰好落在最后一位愿意出价者的心理价位,一旦二级市场开启,买压消失,代币往往会迅速下跌。

为避免“高估开盘、流动性塌陷”的尴尬局面,MegaETH 借鉴了近期如 Plasma 等项目的做法——以低估值面向社区开放销售,换取更高的参与度与长期持有信念。正如 Shaunda 所写:“如果一个代币的公允价值是 50 亿美元,那么从 10 亿重估到 50 亿,比从 200 亿下跌到 50 亿要健康得多。”
