Казахстан запустил национальный стейблкоин Evo (KZTE) в партнерстве с Solana и Mastercard

Казахстан сделал важный шаг в развитии цифровых финансов, объявив о запуске собственного стейблкоина Evo (KZTE), привязанного к национальной валюте — казахстанскому тенге. Новый актив запущен в рамках регуляторной песочницы Национального банка Казахстана и разработан совместно с криптобиржей Intebix, Евразийским банком, а также при поддержке Solana и Mastercard. Центральный банк страны впервые играет активную роль в выпуске стабильной монеты, формируя для нее правовую базу.

Evo (KZTE) работает на блокчейне Solana и уже доступен внутри регулируемой песочницы. Проект Mastercard планирует интегрировать KZTE с глобальными эмитентами стейблкоинов, что откроет возможности для международного обмена и платежей. По словам основателя Intebix Талгата Досанова, цель проекта — создать устойчивый канал между криптовалютным и традиционным финансовым рынками.

Основные задачи KZTE включают расширение числа транзакций между цифровыми активами и фиатом, обеспечение обменных операций и поддержку пластиковых карт. Проект направлен на развитие цифровой экосистемы страны и повышение финансовой доступности.

Национальный банк подчеркнул, что стейблкоин станет частью стратегии построения государственной финансовой системы, способной привлечь новых участников и усилить интеграцию инновационных решений в экономику.

Глава Национального банка Тимур Сулейменов отметил, что запуск Evo — это ключевой шаг в цифровую эпоху, где виртуальные активы и блокчейн-технологии играют центральную роль. Он подчеркнул, что подобные проекты открывают новые сервисы, повышают финансовую инклюзию и способствуют общему развитию страны. Ранее в сентябре Astana Financial Services Authority официально разрешила использование стейблкоинов, привязанных к доллару, включая Tether (USDT), для оплаты лицензий и надзорных сборов.

It highlights a growing engineering push against the premise of perpetual memory scarcity, reminding investors that memory has historically been a cyclical business.
