Web3-кошелек MetaMask с аудиторией более 100 млн пользователей добавил поддержку Sei.

Интеграция предполагают нативную интеграцию приложений, криптоактивов и NFT в сети первого уровня. Пользователи могут обменивать, покупать Sei и проводить кроссчейн-операции прямо в кошельке.

В MetaMask Portfolio появилась отдельная страница, посвященная развивающейся экосистеме. На ней отображаются децентрализованные приложения и активность в сети.

В компании заявили, что интеграция призвана упростить взаимодействие с новыми блокчейнами и повысить безопасность без необходимости ручной настройки и сторонних инструментов.

«Расширение поддержки MetaMask для новых сетей вроде Sei призвано решать реальные задачи пользователей. […] Web3 движется к мультичейн-реальности, и пользователи не должны сталкиваться с необходимостью переключаться между разными кошельками или использовать сложные мосты», — заявил руководитель продукта MetaMask Галь Элдар.

Запуск Sei состоялся в 2023 году. Являющийся частью экосистемы Cosmos проект позволяет разработчиками создавать аппчейны — кастомизируемые блокчейны для конкретных приложений.

С запуском в 2024 году EVM-совместимой версии Sei V2 с поддержкой параллелизации платформа привлекла широкое внимание.

В настоящее время сеть обрабатывает свыше 4,2 млн транзакций в сутки, насчитывает более 11 млн активных пользователей в месяц, а TVL превышает $600 млн.
