USD Coin (USDC), второй по величине стейблкоин по рыночной капитализации, выходит в блокчейн-сеть Sui уровня 1 (L1), по словам соучредителя и генерального директора эмитента USDC Circle.

Родной USDC будет запущен на Sui через CCTP

В рамках новой интеграции USDC будет изначально поддерживаться на Sui через Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP), общедоступную ончейн-утилиту, которая облегчает переводы USDC между сетями блокчейнов через нативное сжигание и чеканку.

Запущенная в 2023 году, Sui представляет собой блокчейн L1 и платформу смарт-контрактов, которая направлена на упрощение и улучшение создания приложений и функций в экосистеме Web3. Ее модель основана на языке программирования Move и обеспечивает параллельное выполнение транзакций.

Ожидается, что интеграция нативного UDSC и CCTP повысит удобство использования, безопасность и совместимость Sui для пользователей и разработчиков, согласно объявлению, распространенному Sui Foundation.

Стейблкоин USDC изначально работает на 15 блокчейнах

USDC — это крупный стейблкоин, тип криптовалюты, предназначенный для сохранения стабильной цены путем привязки к эталонной стоимости, такой как доллар США.

Цифровая валюта была запущена Circle и американской криптовалютной биржей Coinbase в 2018 году и с тех пор стала одним из крупнейших стейблкоинов в мире, уступая только Tether (USDT).
