传奇游戏发行商雅达利(Atari)又推出了经典视频游戏的下一个增强版本,这次将1976年的经典游戏《Breakout》带到了Coinbase的以太坊二层网络基础上。

作为Base“OnChain Summer”的一部分,玩家可以与其他人竞争Atari Breakout排行榜上的第一名。得分最高的玩家将有机会赢得每周的奖品,包括2600多台复古游戏机、礼品卡等。

雅达利于7月首次宣布与Base建立合作关系,发布了基于区块链的标志性小行星视频游戏版本,玩家可以操作一艘简单的宇宙飞船并摧毁小行星以继续前进。

在由雅达利联合创始人诺兰·布什内尔和苹果公司之前的史蒂夫·沃兹尼亚克设计的《突破》中,玩家使用桨和球穿过砖墙。

雅达利在谈到最新版本时说:“通过拍摄特殊砖块进入Degen、比特币和更高模式。”。“10秒内积分翻倍!”

与Asteroids一样,玩家需要连接他们的Coinbase、MetaMask、Rainbow或WalletConnect钱包,才能以0.0015 ETH(约合3.60美元)的价格玩和铸造Breakout NFT。

Base表示,造币厂的收益将分配给每款游戏背后的开发商和艺术家。

雅达利董事Tyler Drewitz在7月份的Base推特上表示:“所有分数都记录在链上,从那里开始,它变得非常有趣。”。“每周都有一个排行榜,我们有一个总体排行榜,上面有一些相当大的奖品。”
