Blockchain data analytics firm CryptoQuant reveals the level Bitcoin needs to break to start a new bull market! Here are the details
Blockchain analytics firm CryptoQuant states that Bitcoin maintains a bullish bias but needs to break through a key resistance level of $81,700 to confirm the start of a new bull market. According to Julio Moreno, head of research, Bitcoin's recent 24% two-week rally has stalled, with the price now trading between $76,000 and $82,000.
The first significant supply resistance zone is between $77,100 and $80,200, where long-term investors sold up to 539,000 BTC over the past 30 days. The critical technical level is the 365-day moving average around $81,700. Historically, Bitcoin's bull markets officially began after a weekly close above this average. A clear breakout above it could confirm a new bull cycle, while failure may lead to prolonged sideways trading.
Further resistance levels are identified at $83,600 and the upper bound of the realized price pattern at $88,700. On the downside, the $70,000 level is noted as key support, with long-term investors having purchased approximately 476,000 BTC in the $62,000-$65,000 range. The overall outlook remains bullish, but Bitcoin must overcome the current supply pressure to initiate the next upward wave.
