Encrypt Is Coming to Solana to Power Encrypted Capital Markets
Encrypt is introducing Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) to the Solana blockchain to enable encrypted capital markets. This cryptographic breakthrough allows developers and institutions to build high-performance financial applications where sensitive information—such as balances, orders, and positions—remains encrypted during on-chain execution. By integrating FHE natively into Solana, Encrypt enables confidential trading, private lending, sealed-bid auctions, and other privacy-preserving applications without sacrificing composability or performance. The platform aims to remove barriers to institutional adoption by allowing participation in public markets without exposing sensitive data. Encrypt will launch on Solana devnet in early Q2 2026, with a mainnet release planned later in the year.
