Команда StarkWare, разработчик Ethereum-сети второго уровня StarkNet, запустила Stark Two (S-two) — инструмент для проверки ZK-доказательств на телефонах, ноутбуках и других повседневных устройствах.

Решение доступно в публичной альфа-версии. В мейннете StarkNet его развернут позднее в этом году. S-two работает на CPU, GPU и «скоро появится в браузерах».

Новая итерация ZK-прувераот StarkWare позволяет генерировать криптографические доказательства на стороне клиента, а не полагаться на сервер или облачную инфраструктуру. Это открывает возможности для более быстрых и конфиденциальных приложений в интернете.

«S-two откроет двери для новых реальных случаев использования ZK», — пояснил соучредитель и CEO StarkWare Эли Бен-Сассон.

Согласно разработчикам, ZK-прувер в 39 раз быстрее предыдущих версий. Такой скачок производительности обеспечивает более плавное функционирование приложений, повышающих конфиденциальность — от приватных транзакций и идентификации на базе ZK до верифицируемого ИИ.

По словам представителей StarkWare, разработчики могут экспериментировать с S-two — альфа-версия поддерживает аппаратные цели. Команды Kakarot, Nexus, ZAN и AntChain OpenLabs приступили к ее тестам.

COO компании Орен Кац в интервью Cointelegraph сообщил, что S-two позволит использовать функции сохранения конфиденциальности в обмене сообщениями, платежах и цифровой идентификации.

«Вы сможете доказать, что перевод был действительным, не показывая свой баланс. Или подтвердить личность, не раскрывая личных данных», — объяснил топ-менеджер.

По словам Каца, даже перевод зарплаты может осуществляться «в ончейн-режиме» с полной прозрачностью и без раскрытия чувствительной информации.

Напомним, сооснователь Ethereum Виталик Бутерин назвал конфиденциальность основой свободы.

Ранее криптограф отметил прогресс в практической реализации полностью автономных ZK-защищенных приватных переводов.
