Данные в сети подтверждают, что эта транзакция произошла 16 сентября в 23:17 UTC, и в ней было задействовано ровно 50 миллионов XRP стоимостью $29,12 млн на тот момент. Интересно, что активы были перемещены на rao…gzS , неизвестный адрес, созданный специально для этой транзакции.

Учитывая характер транзакции и тот факт, что этот кошелек сохранил свои токены с момента создания, возникли предположения о возможности еще одного взлома.

Напомним, что кошельки Ларсена в феврале стали жертвами хакерской атаки, в результате которой из кошелька председателя Ripple были украдены более 212 миллионов XRP. Однако, подробности хищения были не раскрыты, однако было замечено, что монеты были выведены на кошелек, с котором ранее были контакты.

После активации адреса с 10 XRP в 23:11 кошелек Larsen перевел 50 миллионов XRP на адрес. На момент составления отчета адрес получателя удерживал токены, что еще больше развеяло опасения относительно эксплойта.

С учетом возможности взлома, цель транзакции остается открытой для многочисленных спекуляций. Некоторые сторонники легкомысленно предположили, что средства могут быть использованы для поддержки кампании Камалы Харрис. Однако это остается спекулятивным.
