Police investigate possibility of substance abuse in connection with the fatal fall of Harry Ye

The mysterious death of Harry Ye, managing partner and founder of the Quantum Fintech Group, a fund with over $2 billion in assets, is under investigation in Paraguay. Ye fell to his death from the 30th floor of the Jade Park residential complex in Asunción on August 7 and was found completely naked.
