事实上,体育场从来不缺乏资本与拥趸。从足球游戏到球星卡,从NFT到粉丝Token,数以百万计的运动爱好者筑基起规模超百亿级的体育加密衍生品市场。聚焦足球领域,R3PO发现,仅仅是围绕本届世界杯的加密衍生品就包括World Cup Token(WCT), QATAR 2022 Token(FWC),WORLD Cup INU(WCI)等。随着世界杯的不断临近,其价格已几经潮起潮落。而据OKX,上周四大足球粉丝Token(Fan Tokens)表现十分亮眼,POR(葡萄牙)一周涨幅达17.1%,CITY(曼城)、ARG(阿根廷)的涨幅也都在11.8%之上。据CryptoSlam的数据,自2022年初以来,全球粉丝Token销售的月销量飙升了约200%,从1月的22亿美元一路攀升至9月的64亿美元。

而据相关报道,尽管加密市场处于熊市,众多知名足球粉丝Token背后的公司Chiliz仍然增员70%,全职员工数超过300名。Chiliz这样的项目为何能够穿越寒冬,实现生存乃至扩张?R3PO试图为大家梳理一二。

Chiliz是上一个加密世界寒冬的幸存者。在其中国社区负责人Siyi看来,“Chiliz更像是一个互联网公司”,他们主要服务体育和娱乐行业,为体育行业的企业定制粉丝沟通的设计方案和经济化解决方案。2019年,Chiliz推出了面向主流消费者的应用Socios.com,其与包括巴萨、尤文图斯、巴黎圣日尔曼等在内的世界著名球队联合推出粉丝Token。通过Socios.com和粉丝Token,球迷可以参与到其支持的足球俱乐部日常事务决策中来,以投票来表达自己的意见。Socios.com平台应用Chiliz本身发行的token(CHZ),同时支持ERC20和BEP-2格式。
