El experto explicó que en tales condiciones, las cargas de alto consumo energético que no son críticamente importantes para la región serán las primeras en enfrentar restricciones.

Para los grandes actores legales, esto no es una catástrofe, sino un factor de reconfiguración de la infraestructura: trasladarán equipos, buscarán ubicaciones con generación propia o contratos a largo plazo para la energía eléctrica, cree Peresichan.
