人们常说的泡沫,是指价格大幅上涨,公司业绩斐然,然后泡沫破裂,这会对经济和市场产生影响,随之而来的是大萧条,比如 1929 年的泡沫或者 2000 年的互联网泡沫。

因为当一项革命性的新技术出现时,就会发生这种情况。在互联网泡沫时期,我们同样拥有令人惊叹的新技术,每个人都打赌它肯定会成功,于是争先恐后的去投资,甚至不惜贷款投资,但他们忽略了价格的重要性,最终价格一路飙升,制造了泡沫。

现在我们对 AI 同样非常兴奋,我们也应该非常兴奋,因为它将带来革命性的变革,而它也确实做到了。所以同样每个人都想投资一些,但他们依旧忽略了价格。这就是藏在不同周期里的某种相同的机制。

在经济泡沫里,人们会为了投资大量举债,你会看到很多人变得富有,但财富并不等同于真正的金钱,因为他们无法花掉这些财富。而当他们必须出售财富才能获得金钱时,它就会贬值。所以,当他们因某种原因需要用钱时,如税收变化、利率上升或偿还债务等等,泡沫就会开始破裂,市场就会下跌。

泡沫破裂时财富积累的过程会反向运作,因为当他们赚了很多钱时,他们有很多资产价值很高的抵押品可以抵押贷款,这种复利效应会持续下去,但当泡沫破裂时,这个过程也会反向运作。

经济衰退通常也发生在泡沫破裂之后,因为当人们开始还债和变卖资产,消费需求就会减少,支出当然也会减少。

比如美国大萧条时期,20 世纪 20 年代末期可谓一片繁荣,当时家家户户第一次通电,冰箱和照明也第一次走进千家万户,汽车、飞机、收音机也第一次普及,人人都相信这些科技产品未来会大有可为。但与此同时,随着人们不断买入资产,股价持续上涨,大家还会加杠杆借钱买股等等,最终企业利润根本撑不起对应的股价,由此引发了另一番连锁反应,最终催生了大萧条。

我的意思是,在这些巨大的趋势变革中,人们所知甚少,任何从事 AI 领域的人都无法做到精准规划。他们根本不知道未来到底能有多少收入,最终只会出现两种情况,要么投入不足,被竞争对手远远甩开;要么大举投入,却依然无法做到精准可控,当这种情况发生时,就会出现问题。

泡沫被刺破的 3 大征兆

在初期阶段,刺破泡沫的因素往往是迫使人们不得不变卖部分资产来变现的情况,而这一般就是利率上升。也有可能是财富税这类政策,但总体而言就是资金面收紧。因为在这个阶段往往存在通胀压力,各国央行会决定收紧货币政策。如此一来,当利率走高时,投资者持有债券所能获得的收益,就会超过股权投资所能拿到的回报。

此外,还有股票发行量大幅增加。我们一直在讨论需求如何推高股价,以及财富是如何被创造出来的,但市场同样存在供给端,企业可以发行股票,几乎没有比发行股票更容易创造财富的东西了。如今人们甚至可以直接对外宣布要创办一家公司并推动其上市,然后就可以对着受众群体说我要发行股票。正是这种大量股票供给,以及其它的企业募资需求增加最终会导致泡沫破裂。

还有一个非常典型的判断泡沫程度的方式,那就是可以查看这些公司的持股方,看看筹码是掌握在坚定的投资者手中,还是在不坚定的散户手里。但我同时要强调的是,泡沫并非非黑即白的存在,而是一个程度问题。

典型的不坚定筹码特征就是,缺乏专业知识的散户投资者大量涌入,尤其是通过加杠杆的方式,他们要么举债炒股,要么买入类似杠杆型的金融产品。比如现在市场上就有跟踪股市的杠杆型 ETF,投资者参与这类产品,本质上和掷骰子赌博没什么区别。

以上这些都是泡沫将会刺破的主要征兆。当泡沫破裂时,市场就会出现恐慌,进而就会出现大量资产套现。同时从相反的角度看,这个时候所有资产都会变得便宜,每个人都能买的起。

但在投资中,人们总是喜欢抢占先机,炒过早的底,而这种行为往往又会进一步催生泡沫。所以我还想补充的是,未来充满不确定性,投资者不该“择时操作”,即便是经验丰富的投资者,想要精准把握泡沫破裂的时机也绝非易事,因此面对泡沫最好的投资方式就是分散投资。

通过分散投资应对泡沫破裂

普通人常常认为现金存款是最安全的资产,但从长远来看,这是最糟糕的投资,因为通货膨胀会让它贬值。

除了股票市场外,投资者可以选择的资产其实有很多,例如黄金、债券、房地产和比特币等。它们各自的价值都会因为某些原因而波动,通常情况下,当黄金上涨时,债券往往会下跌,房子也会贬值,这些变化遵循一定的规律。

因此,最好的做法是构建一个多元化的投资组合,如此不仅不会降低收益,反而会降低风险。多元化意味着每种资产都持有一定比例,由于波动性不同,投资者必须知道如何平衡它们,而我的建议是,首先要从投资真正的资产开始,那就是黄金。

黄金非常有趣,因为当所有资产表现不佳时,黄金往往表现良好,它是一种非常有效的分散投资工具。黄金无法用科技手段破解,你可以持有它、拥有它,它是唯一一种不是别人负债的金融资产。

所以对大多数人来说,如果想要确保自己拥有一些“硬通货”,那么黄金应该占其投资组合的 5%到 15%。

对比特币的看法

有些投资者会将比特币看作“数字黄金”,但我更倾向于投资真正的金条,而不是比特币。

比特币只是一种类似黄金的资产,它也同样属于无法被印制的货币,但有些技术可能会损害它,例如如果出现量子计算,并且政府可以对其进行监控,那么它就可能被征税,任何数字货币在某种程度上都与之类似。

在这场 AI 变革中,只有极少数人(占总人口的不到百分之一)掌握着前沿技术并能加以运用和加速发展。而其他人,如果你从事的是需要动脑筋的工作,你就有被取代的风险。

我们正步入一个万物皆可自动化的世界。人类的进化历程始于农业时代,那时几乎没有真正的创新可言。后来人类发明了机器,机器取代了人类的体力劳动。过去人们像牛一样在田间劳作,后来他们被拖拉机取代。之后我们进入了工业时代,首先是印刷术的发明使人们能够学习知识,接着各类发明涌现,第一次工业革命到来,彼时机器开始替代人类在工厂里从事的体力劳动等等。

因此在我看来,这就好比机器先是替代了人类的躯体功能,然后替代的层级越来越高,接着开始替代人类思维中可以被计算机化的部分,而且这个趋势还在不断发展,逐渐替代越来越高阶的思考与推理能力。这条发展轨迹是正在发生的进化进程的一部分。

而最终的受益者是那些拥有取代工人理念的资本家,例如人们在商店购物时商家会获得收入,但如果看看分配给工人的份额,就会发现这个份额在下降,而分配给商家的份额则在上升。所以我们正在经历这样一个阶段,一方面,顶层人群创造了惊人的财富;另一方面,底层人群则面临着巨大的压力。

这就是我们面临的挑战。虽然经济形势相对良好,但大学毕业生找工作的难度却显著增加,比如应届生入职工作需要培训,而现在很多工作都可以通过人工智能和计算机化快速完成。随着机器人技术的进步,这种情况还会加剧,我们现在看到的颠覆性变革速度之快,正是因为大量资金涌入像 Anthropic 和 OpenAI 等 AI 前沿模型。

与此同时,贫富差距正在加剧,因为资本主义,虽然我热爱资本主义,但现实是,它会造成收入和财富上的巨大差异。当劳动者的思维和身体都被取代之后,作为人类,他还能卖什么?

我之前说过世界秩序的更迭大约每 80 年就会发生一次,但这个数字并非绝对精准,它的周期长短是有平均浮动区间的,这就像人的寿命一样,每个人预期寿命或者寿命长短都是因人而异的。

我不会过分强调时间长短,我会更关注目前的状况。就症状或相关指标来看的话,我们目前在这个进程中处于什么位置?下一个重要的节点会出现在哪里?

答案是就在我们当前所处的这个时间区域附近。
