今天我跟大家分享一下,本次分享会从几个维度和大家聊聊全球各大市场的观点。首先第一块,先跟大家讲流动性层面。不管是哪一类资产,到今天为止,包括主流加密资产,本质全都和全球核心流动性挂钩。

2008 年金融危机之后,全球流动性在 2008 到 2021 年走到阶段性顶峰。流动性不能只看新闻里的加息、降息,它分三个维度,大家一定要记牢。

加息降息只是利率曲线端的变化,不能代表完整流动性环境。观察流动性可以拆成三件事:水池里的水量、水池水温、池内资金压力分布。底层逻辑可以简单理解成 P/Q×G。从专业视角看流动性,可以从利率端、利率曲线、美联储资产负债表、公开市场操作等角度跟踪。但还有更简易的观察方式:当前传统交易里,大家普遍把比特币这类主流加密资产当作流动性强弱的先行指标。

01. 从"劣质资产疯狂炒作"到"缩圈":流动性周期的两副面孔

2020 年疫情之后,全球迎来一轮低利率、央行扩表的极致宽松窗口。宽松周期里全球金融资产出现典型特征:劣质资产疯狂炒作。

比如美股游戏驿站散户逼空行情,加密市场大量空气币暴涨,本质都是流动性泛滥的结果——钱多了,什么品种都能炒起来。但是当流动性开始整体收缩的时候,市场就会出现"缩圈"行情:资金主动分辨资产好坏,劣质标的被资金抛弃。这个挤压泡沫的过程 2021 年下半年就已经启动。

2021 年下半年到 2022 年,典型案例就是加密市场比特币从七万多跌到两万附近,美股英伟达 2022 年全年跌幅 64%、65% 左右。这个过程就像海绵挤水,不断挤出市场泡沫。

而今年,真正的核心拐点出现在去年 11 月。2021 年是央行资产负债表扩张峰值,去年年底则是流动性叠加缩表双重收紧的关键节点。简单解释:水池放水不是缩表启动瞬间资金就紧张,只有缩表推进到一定程度,市场才会实实在在感受到资金压力。

去年 11、12 月,比特币当时大概在 11 万价位,我当时和李林交流还打了个赌:未来一年加密资产大概率会腰斩。如果兑现,就能再次印证加密资产底层逻辑完全绑定全球流动性。

去年 11 月核心观察指标:美联储 SRF 公开市场操作。这个指标代表缩表到临界值后,市场已经出现结构性资金压力。大家要理解,银行收紧信贷、流动性收缩不是所有人都缺钱,资金压力是分层传导的:高杠杆、资质弱的主体最先资金断裂,优质头部主体资金依旧充裕。流动性分层传导,资本市场就会出现"缩圈":资金先抛售外围、流动性敏感的弱资产,持续向最核心、确定性最高的资产集中。

很多做加密交易的散户有个误区:加密市场没行情,资金就全部跑去炒美股。这是非常散户化的思维。客观来讲,流动性收紧周期,资金会率先从组合里清掉所有高弹性、高投机类资产,加密货币、小盘题材股都会被优先减持。钱多、流动性宽松的时候,资金愿意炒作各类垃圾资产;钱少、资金收紧之后,资金只会聚焦真正具备价值的核心资产,这就是“缩圈”行情的本质。

02. AI产业关键拐点:自由现金流归零,资本开支叙事彻底失效

自去年 11 月至今,全球资金持续向长期生产力升级主线汇集,也就是人工智能赛道。AI 赛道的逻辑可以类比固定资产大投入,举国内基建的例子更容易理解。

2001 年市场核心议题是国内大规模基建建设,老话讲"要想富,先修路"。彼时林毅夫、谢国忠都在探讨公路、铁路基建对经济的拉动作用。2002 年两会敲定基建发展方向,2003年中央财政、土地财政配套资金全部落地,全国路桥工程批量开工,进入长期资本开支周期。2004 年机构配置的核心标的就是三一重工、海螺水泥这类基建上游设备、原材料企业。

类比逻辑完全适配当下 AI 赛道,不会因为冠以"AI"名称改变产业底层规律。AI 上半场由 ChatGPT 等应用落地催生企业资本开支意愿,2023 年起全球科技企业集中布局数字基建,也就是算力、数据中心建设。大规模数字基建建设会带动上游硬件、存储、光模块、HBM 等产业链标的受益,三星电子、SK海力士、台积电,对应基建时代的钢筋、水泥、工程机械。但今年二季度是全产业链关键拐点,叠加流动性收缩双重变量共振。

昨日谷歌财报发布后,成熟投资者能明显察觉前两三年的市场主线逻辑已经失效。2023、2024、2025 年市场规则很简单:互联网大厂加码 AI 基建、扩大资本开支,市场就给予高估值。但今年二季度各大厂财报披露后,即便资本开支保持高速增长,股价反而下跌。

核心原因是投资者捕捉到关键数据:所有重金布局 AI 基建的头部企业,自由现金流全部归零。昨晚谷歌财报最核心的指标就是自由现金流。大量投资者还固守旧逻辑,认为只要持续扩大资本开支股价就会上涨,这个时代已经结束。

市场定价逻辑彻底切换:此前比拼资本投入规模,如今资金会拷问基建投入能否带来持续流量、营收实现回本。自由现金流归零是 AI 产业第一阶段向第二阶段切换的标志性信号。企业若计划持续追加资本支出,只能通过增发股票、发行债券外部融资,外源资金存在成本,投资者的审核标准会变得极度严苛。

给大家一个精细化跟踪指标:资本支出 CapEx 与云业务营收增速的比值。目前谷歌该比值约 1.9,代表每投入 1.9 元基建,仅能创造 1 元云业务收入,这是资本市场不愿持续给出高估值的核心原因。

整体资金环境收紧,全球资金持续收拢至少数高确定性资产,叠加产业周期切换,“缩圈”行情下市场必然出现剧烈风险波动。

我以英伟达为例完整梳理产业周期:2022 年是英伟达产业周期确认起点,当年英伟达市值从万亿回落至千亿;ChatGPT 落地爆发后,英伟达正式进入价值成长阶段。2023、2024 年英伟达逻辑完全闭环:业绩持续增长、全球 AI 资本开支拉动订单扩张,市值接连突破 1 万亿、2 万亿、3 万亿,股价波动率极低,几乎没有深度回调风险。

但 2024 年 6 月我从新加坡调研返程后,就向各大金融机构提示风险:英伟达企业经营、行业供需、产业基本面均无问题,风险全部来自场外金融杠杆。

如今新生代 00 后投资者存在严重认知误区,认定股价走势必须和基本面完全匹配。这个观点是完全错误的!资本市场定价交易的是市场预期,会大幅领先企业真实基本面。

举个实例:当下行业现状是 HBM 产能紧缺、供给不足,基本面事实无误,但不能推导股价会持续上行。这是典型认知偏差:财报、产能反映当下现实,股价交易未来预期,基本面数据会严重滞后于行情定价。这是我二十余年从业的实战经验。

2024 年 7 月英伟达短短数个交易日暴跌 20%,同日日本股市单日大跌 10%。当时诸多研究员发布报告,将下跌归因于日本央行加息、日元套息交易平仓,这只是表层说辞。底层真相是:全球资金集中涌入少数确定性资产,极致的确定性会催生极致的贪婪,直接体现为投资者疯狂加杠杆。

举个通俗的交易类比:我们两人打牌,你的牌是 6,我的牌是 5,你明确知晓自身牌面占优。普通散户会重仓入场,但合格交易员会满杠杆全仓押注。核心结论务必牢记:确定性滋生贪婪,万事万物皆有两面性;贪婪对应的操作就是加杠杆。市场一致预判英伟达长期订单充足,交易者会不断叠加杠杆放大收益,这是交易者的本能。杠杆累积至临界点后,一定会引发剧烈波动、快速下跌。

当下市场正在复刻同类行情:部分存储芯片标的无行业利空、企业经营稳定、订单饱满、业绩稳步增长,股价却频繁大幅跳水。韩国市场不少年轻交易者前一日盈利丰厚,隔日便出现大额亏损。问题根源不在三星、SK海力士,也不在于 HBM 产业链供需,核心是场内杠杆堆积过高。

底层逻辑和 2024 年 7 月英伟达闪崩完全一致:高确定性资产催生杠杆泡沫,杠杆触及临界值必然崩盘,不存在可以永久延续的杠杆行情。给大家简易的风险判断标准:当刚毕业、无实操经验的年轻人倾尽全部资金加杠杆梭哈三星、SK海力士时,就意味着风险临近。原本小众专业赛道涌入大量投机散户,泡沫破裂只是时间问题。近几年市场全程处于资金收缩周期,所有人都清楚少数核心确定性资产,但风险不在行业基本面,潜藏在流动性与杠杆层面,这点必须重点警惕。

当前市场来到 AI 第一阶段核心临界点,单纯依靠资本开支扩张的叙事逻辑已经走完,市场会迎来大幅波动、估值回调消化。对于今年美股整体判断:指数能够维持横盘震荡已经是乐观预期。有人会反驳:3 月美股大跌后,5、6 月再度反弹。但要分清,5、6 月上涨属于极致结构性行情,仅极少数个股拉升指数,绝大多数股票持续阴跌。近一年 A 股市场结构完全一致:55% 的个股股价低于 3000 点对应的价位,全靠 AI 赛道少数龙头支撑指数。

总结当下市场环境:流动性收紧、市场极致分化、AI 产业周期迎来关键拐点。再次强调:AI 产业长期发展逻辑没有改变,生产力升级是确定主线,但不能无脑长期持有标的,必须用完整产业周期思路分阶段布局。

我搭建了五层完整分析框架:产业层、经济层、通胀层、流动性层、市场层。当下无需投入大量精力拆解经济层,产业层、流动性层、市场层是分析核心,宏观经济的分析权重大幅降低。有人会提问,是否还需要深度拆解美国经济?答案是完全不需要。原因在于:美国企业正在持续大规模资本开支扩张,居民部门早在 2008 年就完成去杠杆。换言之,不用细看高频经济数据,美国经济核心特征只有两个字:韧性。

03. 全球市场格局:唯一主线是AI

市场层面,全球唯一主线就是人工智能,当下全球资金只有这条核心投资逻辑。放眼全球可配置资产,未来核心市场仅有日本、韩国、中国台湾、中国大陆、美国,其余区域配置价值极低,欧洲仅阿斯麦具备关注价值,其余标的没有配置意义。

大家可以思考两个问题:当下韩国股市走势,和韩国本土实体经济有关联吗?完全无关。再看日本股市,和日本国内经济挂钩吗?同样无关。细看日本股市核心资产,全部是 AI 产业链上游设备厂商。市场目光大多聚焦三星、SK海力士,但两家企业采购的核心生产设备均来自日本企业,整条产业链上下游完全打通。中国台湾区域核心标的只有台积电,没有其他具备配置价值的核心产业企业。

整套 AI 赛道本质是生产力驱动的产业投资,具备固定的周期运行规律。我把核心结论讲透:二季度各大科技大厂自由现金流归零的节点,就是市场重大转折点。拐点前后,市场整套资产定价逻辑完全反转,这点一定要重点牢记。

AI 产业链分为上游、中游、下游,各环节拥有独立产业生命周期,存在清晰的板块轮动切换与配置窗口期。切勿将 AI 当作信仰盲目长期持仓,单纯炒作 AI 概念一定会踩坑。很多人提问我是不是不看好 AI,这个问题本身存在逻辑漏洞。过去十年市场已经达成共识:人工智能是下一代生产力核心主线,这一点没有任何争议。看好赛道不等于任意时间都无脑持有单一标的。英伟达作为上游硬件核心标的,高速成长周期已经走完,2025 年起进入成熟蓝筹阶段,因此去年至今年涨幅大幅收窄。不用等待太久,三星、SK海力士也会迈入成熟周期,上游硬件板块整体增速放缓,成长性会逐步向下游环节转移。

完整 AI 产业周期节奏预判:2022 年上游硬件主导行情,2026 年软件层估值消化、重塑,2030 年左右终端应用层估值调整、重新定价。完整 AI 产业大周期时长约 20 至 25 年,目前已经走完10年,前十年主线是上游硬件基建,下一个十年主线为终端应用。

但当下存在周期断层,未来 10 到 18 个月属于产业切换窗口期。这段窗口期不要满仓梭哈,严格遵循产业周期规律分步布局,规避大幅波动风险。这里区分一组关键概念:程序员视角下的 AI 代码工具、开发辅助工具都属于产业配套工具层,不属于终端应用层,二者估值逻辑差距极大。

04. 凯伦·沃什与流动性范式转换:央行不再兜底,加密资产迎来成熟化

最后,我再回归流动性维度展开讲解,这也是和加密资产高度相关的核心变量。为什么新任美联储主席凯伦·沃什是关键信号?他的上任,宣告 2008 年金融危机后伯南克搭建的央行核心政策框架彻底改写。

我一月份撰写过分析笔记:本次人事调整意味着央行政策回归 2008 年之前的旧有路径。简单梳理政策背景:2008 年金融危机暴发,暴露了巨大的系统性金融风险。政策制定者从 1929 年大萧条吸取经验:完全放任自由市场,危机爆发时市场无法自主企稳。因此 2008 年后凯恩斯刺激政策在全球大范围落地执行。

伯南克、耶伦历任美联储主席,全部遵循同一套核心思路:金融危机爆发后,央行必须下场托市救市。但任何政策都存在两面性,和投资中的杠杆逻辑一致。杠杆可以快速放大收益,也会直接导致账户爆仓归零。央行救市能够快速平复市场恐慌,避免重演大萧条危机,但央行长期无底线兜底市场,会滋生市场投机情绪,催生大规模资产泡沫。

市场有专业术语叫"美联储看跌期权":只要市场下跌,资金就敢于无脑买入,所有交易者都押注央行一定会出手救市。当市场形成统一预期:盈利收益归投资者,亏损风险由央行兜底,所有金融资产都会出现严重高估。

凯伦·沃什所有公开演讲的核心主旨可以概括为一句话:央行只履行法定分内职责。央行法定两大核心目标:稳定就业、管控通胀,不会常态化托底股市。如今科技持续进步、生产力稳步提升,央行具备退出长期兜底模式的条件。

可以类比家庭教育:孩子升入高中具备独立生存能力,家长不能事事包办,养成孩子的依赖心理。凯伦上任后,不少市场参与者片面解读为降息、缩表预期,核心重点其实是缩表操作,和短期利率升降关联性较低。核心议题是如何有序完成缩表,让央行职能回归 2008 年之前的标准定位。

这代表 2008 年至凯伦上任这十几年,人类历史上规模最大的一轮全球流动性宽松周期彻底终结。因此各位不要抱有幻想:未来 5 到 10 年,不会复刻 2008 到 2026 年全面大水漫灌、全品类资产普涨的行情。资金会回流至真正具备长期价值的核心资产,这是流动性层面的关键转折节点,会全面改写所有人的投资策略。投资逻辑从过去全面分散布局、各类资产同步上涨,收缩至聚焦少量优质核心标的。

加密市场也会同步发生同类变化。不少交易者已经观察到:比特币、以太坊市值逐步企稳,波动率持续下行,市场流动性趋于稳定,市场参与主体机构化。以上特征,都是泡沫出清后存活下来的核心资产的典型表现。过去炒作空气加密币种的叙事逻辑,已经彻底失效。

流动性是所有金融资产最顶层的核心影响因子,今年所有人必须吃透这套分析逻辑。顺着流动性框架再拆解产业、企业基本面,分析各类资产的思路会清晰很多。今天分享时长有限,没办法把五层分析框架逐一细致拆解。
