从3月20日申请受理到注册生效,104天。其中上交所审核通过只用了73天,这是科创板预审机制下相当快的一次。杭州这家“做机器狗的”,是在优必选之后,这一轮人形机器人浪潮第一家拿到IPO门票的公司。

据公开资料,宇树计划募资42.02亿元,发行不低于10%的股份。按此前的市场预期,宇树上市后估值可能奔向500亿元的量级。

但这远不止是一个IPO故事。

A股唯一人形机器人整机标的,成色几何?

回溯宇树的研发与商业化路径,可以清晰地看到一根主轴。用极致的工程能力,把昂贵的足式机器人做成“大玩具”和“生产力工具”,再卖到全世界。

2013年,王兴兴还在浙江理工大学念本科,暑假窝在实验室里捣鼓出了一只叫XDog的四足机器人。电机、驱动器、主控板,全部自己焊。三年后,带着这份毕设级别的原型和一笔200万的天使投资,他在杭州注册了宇树科技。

真正让行业注意到这家公司的,是2017年的Laikago,国内第一款公开零售的高性能四足机器人。接着是AlienGo(2019)、A1(2020),产品一代代迭代,价格一步步往下打。2021年,24台A1机器人登上央视春晚给刘德华伴舞,宇树第一次出了圈。

但宇树的节奏远不止于此。2023年夏天是这家公司的转折点:7月发布Go2,起售价压到9997元;仅仅一个月后,全尺寸通用人形机器人H1登场,1.8米高,47公斤。四足起家的宇树,正式杀进了人形赛道的深水区。

之后宇树的产品节奏,快得让人喘不过气。

从2024年5月G1人形智能体以9.9万元起售价打响第一枪,到2026年6月搭载英伟达Jetson Thor与Isaac GR00T平台的H2 Plus亮相,短短两年时间,它用一连串密集发布,硬生生铺出了一条从消费级到工业级、从2.69万元的双臂人形机器人到390万元载人机甲GD01的全线产品矩阵。

中间穿插着2025年春晚H1机器人与张艺谋合作的《秧Bot》全民刷屏,以及同年7月R1超轻量人形机器人将价格拉至2.99万元。某种程度上看,宇树正在各个产品线上将其工程势能释放。

这让宇树在商业化表现上,在整个人形机器人赛道遥遥领先。

到2023年,宇树四足机器人全球出货量份额已超60%,海外收入占比达到五成。这种“产品铺天盖地、营收真金白银”的双线并进,才是它从极客圈杀进资本市场的底气所在。

招股书显示,宇树的营收从2023年的1.59亿元飙到2025年的17.1亿元,两年翻了十倍不止。净利润也从2023年的亏损扭转为2025年的2.88亿元。2025年全年出货超过5500台人形机器人,四足机器人的累计销量则超过3万台。

价格是宇树最大的武器,但绝不是唯一的。Go2起售价不到一万元,R1起售价不到三万元,这在两年前,人形机器人的门槛还是六位数甚至七位数。

海外市场贡献了约四成的营收。据媒体报道,从今年5月起,日本航空在东京羽田机场已经开始试运行宇树的G1机器人,装卸行李、转运货物、协调传送带,计划试用期持续到2028年。

拿了42亿之后,宇树能不能跑出一条别人没走过的路

IPO拿到的约42亿,宇树说了几个重要用途:加强机器人模型研发、本体研发和新产品开发,以及建新制造基地。

翻译成大白话就是,造更多、做更聪明、把成本再往下打。

但现在摆在这家公司面前的,远不止“怎么花好这笔钱”的问题。以A股唯一人形机器人整机标的来说,宇树的确是资本看好的好标的,但上市之后,它最大的考验就是增长,融来的钱该怎么花,将直接影响他的后续增长故事。

据赛迪传媒发布的《2025年人形机器人市场研究报告》,2025年中国人形机器人整机企业超140家,出货量1.44万台、全球占比84.7%,市场规模15.5亿元、全球占比53.8%。据了解,超过一半的省份在2026年政府工作报告里把具身智能和机器人写了进去。

中国信通院人工智能研究所所长魏凯则表示,人形机器人要走向真实场景必须训练出更强“大脑”。目前,可用于机器人操作类训练的数据极度短缺,这也是人形机器人“大脑”进化最大的瓶颈。

蛋糕真的很大,业界共识是这个市场会从百亿级长到万亿级。但牌桌上的人也越来越多。

在这个十字路口,不同玩家的战略分野变得空前清晰。与宇树最常被拿来对比的,是已经在港交所上市的优必选。两者虽然都有人形机器人产品,但底层的赛道基因走向不同。

从2025年优必选财报来看,它的第一大营收来自工业制造场景,是已经跑通了商业化逻辑,但让人意外的是,优必选在这个领域之外,又新开拓了一条“情感陪伴赛道”。

6月30日,优必选在全球发布会上推出的全尺寸超仿生人形机器人“优世界U1系列”。该系列主打家庭情感陪伴,分男女两款,身高覆盖1.60米至1.85米,搭载88个高自由度运动关节,具备对话与眼神注视交互能力。价格从半身版Lite的11.98万元,到全身高配版Pro的16.98万元,再到Ultra男版99万元、女版88万元,梯度分明。据官方披露,全渠道订单已突破1.3万台。

宇树面前的则是大量同质化竞争,包括众擎、智元、傅利叶等国内同行,以及特斯拉Optimus和挪威1X NEO这些海外选手。

傅利叶已经拿出了GRx系列,手上还有康复机器人的成熟业务线做现金流支撑。特斯拉的Optimus Gen 2虽然还没量产,但马斯克把价格锚点定在了3万美元左右,恰好跟宇树R1的价位撞车。挪威的1X NEO已经开始接受预订,目标直指家庭场景。

所以宇树接下来能不能跑出来,取决于三件事。

第一,能不能找到四足和科研人形之外的“第二个品类锚”。宇树的四足狗做到了全球出货量第一,但人形机器人是另一回事。G1在羽田机场的试运行是个好开头,但能不能从“试运行”变成“签合同”,从羽田机场复制到更多机场、仓储、物流场景,考验的是产品稳定性和服务体系,而不仅仅是价格。

还要看在大环境竞争激烈的情况下,宇树还能不能守住自己的价格护城河。R1卖到2.99万,G1卖到9.9万,这个价格段目前在行业里几乎是宇树独占。但随着优必选U1系列把消费级人形的起售价拉到11.98万、特斯拉Optimus瞄准3万美元,价格差在缩小。宇树必须同时做到两件事:继续降本,同时把“便宜”变成“便宜且好用”。

最后一点也是最重要的一点,那就是能不能把具身智能的故事讲成真的。跟英伟达合作的H2 Plus,搭载了Jetson Thor计算平台和Isaac GR00T基础模型框架,目标是在仿真环境里大规模训练机器人的操作技能。这是对的。硬件卖得再多,如果“脑子”跟不上,天花板很快就到。但具身智能从实验室到工厂的距离,比很多人想象的要远。

那宇树可能会走出一条什么样的路?

从现有的布局看,宇树大概率不会走优必选的消费级路线,也不会走特斯拉的“超级工厂自用”路线,前者需要一个懂消费市场的资深人士,但在宇树把握话语权的管理人群里,没有这类人,后者更需要有自己的工厂产线。

更有可能的是一条“开发工具+行业标杆”的路:用R1和G1这种低价位产品铺量,让开发者和高校把应用场景跑出来;同时用H2 Plus这样的高性能平台跟英伟达绑在一起,做具身智能的训练基座;再用羽田机场、比亚迪工厂、国家电网巡检这些标杆案例,一条条打进行业。

这条路的风险在于,铺量意味着毛利率不会好看,行业案例意味着长周期和定制化。但如果赌对了,如果人形机器人市场真的在未来三五年爆发。宇树手里攒下的出货量、数据和场景经验,就是别人花多少钱都追不上的资产。
