他指出,随着工程、产品、设计、数据科学等职能逐渐融合,他一直在思考,未来这些角色会演变成什么样?以 Claude Code 团队为例,内部传统的「岗位标签」正在被彻底撕下,取而代之的是 5 类基于行为模式的「非绑定」新型角色:原型师、构建者、清理师、增长师、维护者。

清理师(The Sweeper):主要负责「做减法」,AI 时代最可怕的副作用是代码与功能的过度膨胀,清理师的职责是清理、精简用户界面,简化、重构混乱的代码与系统架构,将不必要的冗余功能移除,以换取系统的高性能与高可维护性。

增长师(The Growth):接手一个已经构建出来的成型产品,当产品进入市场,增长师负责进行小步快跑的持续迭代,要关心:如何让产品更接近市场?如何让用户更愿意留下来?如何让一个产品从「能用」走向「被需要」。不过这个角色并不等同于传统意义上的增长运营,而更接近产品、数据、用户理解和实验能力的结合体。

维护者(The Maintainer):负责一个成熟系统的长期运营,他们不一定参与追逐耀眼的新功能,但死磕安全性、可靠性、极致的运行效率和系统弹性,确保服务在任何极端流量下都能稳如磐石。

不过需要注意的是,这五类角色并不对应传统岗位。也就是说,它们不像传统的组织管理中,一个人的角色固定在职位头衔里。

一个全新的、尚未找到产品市场契合度的产品,需要擅长 1、2、3 类角色的人;

一个正在增长、已经找到产品市场契合度的产品,需要 2、3、4 类角色,并配备一些 5 类角色;

一个已经拥有强产品市场契合度的产品,则需要 3、4、5 类角色,并保留一些 2 类角色。

「也许未来的产品角色会更像这样,而不是今天这种按专业领域划分的岗位。」

而此帖文一经发出,立即引起了网友的热议,大多数人表示赞同。

「这太符合人们真实的工作状态了。在一些项目里,我确实是 1+3 的组合,而在另一些项目里,我几乎就是纯粹的 4。岗位名称从来没有真正概括过这些。」

而且另一个现实是,现在大家越来越常同时推进多个项目,这就要求大家能在不同项目里扮演不同角色。「把自己归类到某种固定原型里,往往会限制一个人扩展野心。」

所以他的建议是:保持灵活,把注意力放在实现目标所需的最重要事情上,少纠结角色边界。因为这些边界只会随着时间继续变得模糊。
