九月,Pump.fun上演众神归位。

经过很长一段时间的 Solana 发射平台赛道「大混战」,Pump.fun 各种争议满天飞,质疑声此起彼伏。但九月份,一切都变了——Pump.fun 和创始人 Alon,用一种近乎暴力美学的方式宣告:「我们回来了,而且比以前更强。」

连续两天,Pump.fun 的日收入超越了 Hyperliquid,在所有 DeFi 协议中排到了第三名,仅次于印钞机 TetherCircle。这一切都源自于 9 月 2 日,Pump.fun 推出的对直播创作者友好的"Project Ascend"核心升级。有用户表示单次 Pump.fun 直播的收益相当于 YouTube 一个月的收入,因此创作者们对直播功能特别热情。

仅仅 9 月 15 日一天,平台就向创作者们撒了超过 400 万美元的真金白银。一周时间,创作者总收入达到 1930 万美元。这种"收益飞轮效应"有多恐怖?当天就有 21,000 个新的直播代币发布。根据 GMGN 实时数据,Pump.fun 直播"毕业"板块中市值超过 100 万美元的代币数量已达到 39 个。而这还不是全部。Pump.fun 一边疯狂给创作者发钱,一边执行着积极的代币回购策略——自 7 月中旬以来已经砸了 9730 万美元回购 PUMP 代币,直接移除了 6.67% 的流通供应量。

就在 Pump.fun 重新点燃整个直播赛道后,Alon最新一次采访是出现在昨晚的 Solana Alive 上,主持人是来自 Helius 的 Mert,另外两位接受采访的嘉宾还有 Axiom 创始人Henry Zhang 以及 Multicoin 合伙人Kyle Samani

主持人:大家好,欢迎来到第二期 Solana Alive,也是第一期由一个光头主持的 Solana Alive。我是来自 Helius 的 Mert。今天我将和三位嘉宾聊天:Alon、和 Henry Zhang 以及 Kyle Samani。首先让我们欢迎第一位嘉宾——Alon。

Alon(Pump.fun 创始人):Mert,你好吗?

主持人(Mert):我很好。你一定是个很忙的人吧。这几天你过得怎么样?

Alon:完全就是疯了。我是说,你知道的,我们在 X 上也公开说过,过去四五天自从直播突然起飞以来,这几天简直太疯狂了。但这让我更加乐观,因为你知道,我们多年来一直在描绘的那个愿景,正在慢慢但确实地一步步实现。

主持人:我其实特别想直接聊聊那个愿景,想知道你们是怎么对自己描述未来的 Pumpfun。但在那之前,先帮大家梳理一下过去几天到底发生了什么吧。你们最近因为直播和创作者奖励在外界引起了很大动静。能不能帮那些还不太了解的人梳理一下,这几天究竟发生了什么?

Alon:当然可以。大概两周前,PumpFun 对协议做了一个非常重要的改动,让人们获得的创作者奖励比以往任何时候都多。所谓创作者奖励,本质上是一种把创作者和他们的粉丝、他们的代币交易者的利益捆绑在一起的方式。比如每当发生一次交易——买也好,卖也好——都会抽取一小部分分给创作者。我们把这个更新叫 Project Ascend。

在这次更新里,创作者的费用基本提高了十倍。慢慢地,人们意识到,这其实可以成为他们作为创作者的一条非常不错的收入渠道。而且我们早在 5 月份就重新上线了一个直播平台,然后人们最近玩得越来越多。然后四五天前,这个东西就彻底爆发了。

给大家一个对比的视角,比如同时在线的直播频道数量。PumpFun 目前大概已经达到 Kick 的 20%,而 Kick 是全球第二大直播平台。我几天前还发推特说,我们只相当于 Kick 的 10%,但现在已经是 20% 了。所以这个增长简直就是指数级的,而且看起来完全没有要放缓的迹象。

主持人:太疯狂了,哇,这一切发生得非常快。那是什么在驱动呢?是不是有某个特别的爆火时刻,还是说有一堆创作者加入进来,发现他们真的能靠这个过上不错的生活、还能找到有趣的内容?到底是什么真正驱动了这一切?

Alon:确实有一些创作者制造了爆火的瞬间,老实说数量太多了,根本没法一一列举。但我觉得真正的触发点,是大家意识到「代币化」是一个非常非常强大的工具,能让创作者从零直接到一百。因为他们不再需要等观众数量,也不用等到有资金或者广告分成才能从品牌中赚钱,对吧?

你知道的,在别的平台,比如 Web2 平台,通常需要几个月甚至几年才能开始赚钱。而在 PumpFun 上,你可以立刻赚钱,没有中间商,也没有审查。观众本身也有直接动力去寻找早期的创作者,因为他们越早发现,就越可能赚钱。这就是平台激励的巨大差异。对中小创作者特别友好。

而且这不止适用于主播,也适用于 Meme Coin 社区、艺术家、初创项目,适用于任何需要关注和资本的人。而 PumpFun 平台在这方面的效率,比互联网上的任何其他地方都要高。

主持人:很酷。那么你怎么看待这个东西?比如说在直播这块,大家都知道有巨头 Twitch;在短视频这块,有 Kick、Instagram Reels,甚至是 X 视频,它们都在争夺注意力。你觉得 PumpFun 是和这些平台直接竞争,还是说它是一个全新的类别,把金融和娱乐结合在一起,创造了一种以前从未存在过的东西?

Alon:是的,我确实相信这是全新的东西。它吸引了一群在其他平台可能根本不会创作的人。但毫无疑问,它也在和互联网上最大的平台竞争。而且它为所有用户提供了更好的平台、更好的服务。这也是为什么我们看到 PumpFun 以前所未有的速度在增长。

主持人:这一切原本就是你们的愿景吗?还是说你们是在观察用户使用 Meme Coin、他们如何围绕它们组织社区的时候,才慢慢发现的?

Alon:当然,PumpFun 从一开始就有一个愿景,就是要突破纯粹的加密圈,把代币化的应用扩展到所有能改变世界的地方。随着我们在构建过程中,我们看到了越来越多的用户行为,而这些用户行为让我们决定要去构建什么。

比如直播就是个例子。人们其实早在一年多前就已经在自己尝试做直播了,即便当时我们还没正式搭建平台。我们很早就注意到了这种行为。所以总的来说,我们每天都在观察用户行为,并且比任何人都更关注交易者。当我们看到用户和创作者的自发行为时,我们就会去适应,这让我们能够在中期塑造战略。但从长期来看,我们的愿景一直都很坚定:让代币化成为更好的替代方案,最终彻底颠覆掉今天的社交媒体巨头。

Alon:这是个好问题。我们的愿景是要彻底改变创作者创作的方式,以及他们与观众互动的方式。我们相信每个人都是交易者,每个人都能通过成为交易者而获益。不管是找到下一个大主播、下一个大初创项目,还是下一个 Meme Coin。我们可以通过基于区块链的代币化轨道,为所有人提供更多价值。

所以观众可以用自己的技能赚钱,同时支持他们喜欢的创作者。而创作者——无论是初创项目、Meme Coin 还是主播——都能立刻变现,没有中间商,没有审查。这就是我们前进的方向。我们每天都在为此努力构建。

Alon: 哈哈,我也不知道。

主持人:还有人说「Alon 是神」,还有「Alon 是新一代扎克伯格」。这评价挺有意思。你怎么看?你想有一天挑战 Meta 吗,比如 Instagram?

Alon:我很受宠若惊。当然我觉得说我们已经在和 Kick、Twitch 这样的巨头竞争,这并不是一句荒唐的话。几周前、几个月前,人们还说这是不可能的,而现在这每天都在发生。我不想过度炒作,但我确实已经和一些 Web2 的大人物聊过,他们开始注意到我们,注意到 PumpFun,注意到我们的创作者,注意到这里的热度。我相信我们不仅会竞争,而且会赢。

主持人(Mert):作为一个创始人我得问一下,你在一开始迈出第一步之前就「全都预见到了」吗?我刚看了你们联合创始人的一次采访或者播客,所以我去关注了他,然后我发现他其实在 2023 年就给我发过消息,问的基本就是:shit coins 吗?我当时心想这是什么鬼,完全没有预料到。但现在你们,我不知道确切的数字,但大概是历史上增长最快的前三或前五家「收入增长」科技公司之一。首先,这个数据真的很夸张。但你当时有预见到吗?你觉得那个机会一直都在那里吗?从第一天到现在,这段旅程是什么样的?

Alon:这是个好问题。我肯定没有,我们没有——预料到会来得这么快。但现在回看,一切都说得通。

我们从第一天起就相信这个市场会非常大。从第一天起我们就非常看好链上交易。在此之前,我们做的是 NFT 方向,我们当时对 NFT 的看多程度非常高。后来我们进入了 Solana 上的代币赛道,从第一天起同样非常看好。

所以我们确实从很早就看到了这里和其他领域的差异。尤其在早期,很多人觉得这些只是 Meme Coin、只是个玩笑,不可能成为可持续的东西,更不可能变得更有意义。但我们一直知道这里有点什么。这也进一步驱动了我们的野心,想把所有质疑都证明是错的。

主持人:Solana 有帮助你们加快业务增长吗?比如它让你们可以更专注在产品上?我记得你们之前可能在另一个平台上,对吗?

Alon:没错。在我们做出现在大家熟知和喜爱的 PumpFun 之前,我们在以太坊系的链上尝试过一堆不同的点子。顺便说,这些都是公开信息,我们一直是「公开构建(build in public)」,你可以回去看我早期的推文之类。

我们的成功,很大一部分确实是因为我们在 Solana。这里有大量交易者、很高的活跃度、很多优秀的生态项目,当然还有一个能扛住这些负载的底层区块链,以及很好的用户体验——这些无疑都对平台的高速增长起到了作用。

而且不只是这些。我们最初做 PumpFun 的时候,最开始来 Solana,是因为当时在 Solana 上的所谓 meme coin 已经开始有一些活动了。但现在我们留下来、计划继续留在这儿,是因为基础设施已经变得非常好。

主持人:我得问,你们在很短的时间里赚了难以想象的钱,而且你们还很年轻。你们怎么确保这不会扰乱你们大脑的奖励回路?是什么还在驱动你?从某种意义上说,你已经「实现财务自由」了。是什么力量让你每天还这么有激情去构建你们正在构建的东西?

Alon:当然,如果我们不是使命驱动型,如果我们不是被那种「基本上要改变世界、产生巨大影响」的雄心所驱动,我们就肯定不会走到今天。即使是非常成功的创业公司,构建过程中也会有非常非常难的时刻——我没见过哪一家是一路顺风的。

我们经历过很多快要「断裂」的时刻,也有很多时候,我们本可以就此放下,然后余生都过得很成功。但那不是我们想走的路。我们想继续构建,让它变得前所未有地更大。是的,我的意思是,说到底,这一切都是为了真正创造影响力,而不是为了钱或者名声、地位,之类的东西。

主持人:我得夸你们一下。你们挨了很多骂——现在少一些了吧,因为我们就说,代币价格已经「转绿」了——但你们真的挨了非常多的恨。我从没见过有人在推特上这么长时间、足足一年那么多的负面情绪。当然也有很多爱,所以也许更准确的词是「两极分化」。你怎么应对这些?你真的在乎吗?它会影响你吗?或者你很坚定,以至于那些都无所谓?Alon 的心态是怎样的?

Alon:这个问题很好。我觉得有两点。

第一,如果不是来自用户的声音,我就没有那么在意。用户的反馈真的、真的很重要。所以如果用户失望了,那确实会影响到我,因为我和整个团队都想给用户——尤其是让这一切成为可能的交易者们——提供绝对最好的东西。

第二,你需要对你做的事情有信念。我的意思是,尤其是……我们来聊直播吧,因为直播最近开始起飞。即便是这个领域里最聪明的人,也对我们是不是走在正确方向上有过严重的怀疑。但在短短几天之内,我就看到他们从看空完全翻转到看多。而我们从一开始就有那种信念。这只是一个例子,说明坚持强原则、相信自己和自己的想法,会得到回报。

所以即便你会收到很多恨,不管因为什么,如果你知道你做的事情是好的,会让这个生态更好、会让世界变好,那就没有理由被一群人在 X(推特)或者别的地方说的话打击到。因为归根到底,人是会很短视的,而今天的平台算法确实在鼓励人们变得负面。所以关键是去和用户说话,和这个行业里真正重要的人说话,认真吸收他们的反馈,同时保持对原则的忠诚,继续保持信念。

主持人:说得非常好,我的朋友。好,我再问两个最后的快问。显然你们正在推动直播这件事,看起来也进展不错。给创作者一些建议吧,因为我长大以后也想当主播,或者至少试试。对于想要开播的创作者,你有什么建议?比如应该抓哪些细分、有哪些战术、怎么开始?

Alon:这是个非常好的问题。我觉得从高层来看,归根到底是准备,以及,嗯,不要害怕迭代,要尽量吸收社区给的所有反馈并努力改进。我觉得如果你还很小、还在起步阶段,你其实有很多「射门」的机会。这也是为什么我总说,值得去试试做你自己的代币,或者类似的东西。

但如果你已经有受众了,那就值得联系像我这样的人,或者任何有 PumpFun 徽章的人,和我们团队聊聊,去更好地理解整套东西是怎么运作的。因为「发一个代币」绝对是个很不一样的事情。你知道,在 PumpFun 上的直播和别的地方非常不同,当然这有它的好处,但你需要尊重这一点,你需要尊重我们平台上的交易者,你需要采取一些必要的预防措施。

主持人:对,所以把这个说得更具体一点,能举些例子吗?

Alon:比如说,当你发一个代币的时候,要确保对人们非常坦诚你的意图,对你的计划保持透明。你如果有资源、已经准备好了、比如有直播日程,就把这些透明地告诉大家;如果你没有,老实说也应该透明,不要过度炒作或者过度承诺。

那些东西看起来可能不算什么,尤其是如果你来自另一个领域,比如 Web2,在那里这些反而是被鼓励的。但在加密里,事情的运作方式非常不同,最终可能会造成伤害。所以我们对这一块非常、非常认真。过去几天我们一直在做的一件大事,就是主动联系创作者,指导他们确保他们以正确的方式来推进,尽量让所有创作者——不只是主播,如果是 Meme Coin、是 ICM 项目,或者其他任何人——都能把成功的概率最大化。

主持人:太好了。好,最后一个问题。你的聊天群叫什么名字?——哈哈,开玩笑,别回答。那我换一个积极点的:给那些看到你们做成的事、想要走同样路径的创业者,你会给出的一条创业建议是什么?

Alon:这个问题很难只归结为一条。我会说,永远、永远以最高标准的诚信行事,同时快速上线、敢于打破(ship fast and break things)。这不是一条,是两条,对吧(笑)。永远以最高程度的诚信行事,同时快速迭代、敢于试错,尝试一切可能。到某个时刻,总会有东西「粘住」(被市场接受)。我们就是这样:我们做过一堆点子,没人真的在乎。直到某个时刻,我们来到 Solana,然后它就非常成功。

不到 10 人,Axiom 却刷新了增长最快的收入纪录


主持人(Mert):非常酷,希望刚刚的内容对大家有用、有收获。我很喜欢刚才我那位量化的能量(笑)。我想很快会请 Henry 上来。哦,好吧,这位主角已经在了。Henry,兄弟,你好吗?

Henry(Axiom 创始人):我挺好的,你呢?

主持人:我也挺好。我想问一下,你以前上过播客或者直播吗?你看起来很难约得到。

Henry: 没有,这是我第一次。

主持人:哦,哇,那我很荣幸,Solana Channel 也很荣幸,你第一次公开亮相就给了我们。你是 Axiom 的创始人兼 CEO。Axiom 是 YC(Y Combinator)历史上收入增长最快的公司。YC 是那个孵化过 Stripe、Coinbase、Airbnb 等一系列公司的加速器。

那么,先跟大家介绍一下你自己吧。实际上没有多少人真正了解 Axiom 的创始人,至少在个人层面没人知道 Henry。是什么让你走到今天?有哪些经历把你带到这里?

Henry:嗯,我想大概是这样:我在高中最后一年就开始自己交易加密货币了。然后上大学时,我认识了 Preston E,他也是学计算机的,我们是室友。所以我们经常自己搞一些小项目,因为课堂内容没那么有趣嘛。我们一直对金融科技感兴趣,也对在交易里找到优势感兴趣,不管是做我们自己的工具,还是给其他交易者提供 alpha。

做了几个个人小项目之后,我们去大厂实习了一段时间,然后就开始了 Axiom。我一开始其实是跟着 Ansem 的币交易,然后我心想,也许我们能做出比 Photon 更好的东西。于是就这样开始了。

主持人:所以你当时在大厂工作,同时也在用市面上的各种交易机器人和应用,然后你基本上就说:「其实我觉得我们能做得更好」,是这样吗?

Henry:对,我当时就是上 Dex Screener,发现它非常非常糟糕。然后我去找其他替代品,结果发现只有 Photon。于是我们的想法就是:我们可以做得更好。

主持人:那执行的过程是怎样的?因为我猜你知道,很多人看到一个很烂的网站,然后都说:「靠,我能做得更好」。但从想法到真正做出来,中间其实才是最疯狂的部分。所以你们是怎么从这个想法出发,走到申请 YC、到推出第一个产品的?这个过程是怎样的?

Henry:我们干得特别狠,真的,每天干 16 个小时,连续好几个月。其实很多人不知道,我们当时发布过一个 V1。但效果并不好,有一堆问题,总之产品不够好。然后我们申请了 YC,感谢 YC 的 Tom,他是我们的合伙人,他看到了我们的愿景。

我觉得在构建过程中,我们的野心和愿景也变得更大了。当然我们现在还主要在做 meme coin,但未来我们想要成为一个更有广度的产品。YC 的经历非常好,让我对创业有了很多理解。对我们来说,这段经历和一般的 AI 公司完全不同,因为在那个批次里,加密相关的一共才 5 家,我们是唯一面向消费者的加密应用。

YC 强迫我们所有人住在一栋房子里,真的全身心投入。V1 到 V2 的区别就是:我们退一步,采访了大量交易者,问他们缺少什么,他们希望看到什么功能。

主持人:有意思,哇。我想聊聊愿景和未来,但在那之前,我看到过一份 Axiom 的招聘启事,好像其中一个要求是要和你们一起住在某个公寓?是在德州还是在美国的某个地方?也就是说,大家真的要住在同一个屋檐下工作?这是你们的强度要求吗?

Henry:是的,没错。我觉得没有什么能比「大家在同一个房间里工作」更有效了。即使是办公室,通勤也会削弱这种感觉。所以我们的招聘启事很直接,但我们提供的薪酬也很高,和所需的工作强度匹配。

主持人:好吧,我自己不是个职业交易者,偶尔会做点 SOL 的多单,但总体来说不太交易。我很好奇,因为市面上有各种各样的交易终端、交易应用、Telegram Bot,你们是后来者,但却很快把很多竞争对手甩开了,而且做得非常低调,直到最后大家再也忽视不了你们。你觉得这是怎么做到的?在一个拥挤的市场里,你们是怎么脱颖而出的?有哪些问题是你们解决了,而其他人没注意到,但交易者非常感激的?

Henry:这是个好问题。我觉得我们和其他团队的区别在于,我非常坚定地相信,你不一定需要一个超级独特的洞见或创意。

虽然很多加速器或孵化器都说你需要,但我觉得更重要的,尤其是在交易领域,或者说在很多领域,真正重要的是「执行力」。我们超级专注于执行。另外一个常被忽视的是「品味」。比如最开始的时候,很多人对我们的 UI 适应不了,抱怨很多。但随着时间推移,现在大家看到我们的设计决策已经成了标准,这是有原因的。

主持人:这很有意思。我们待会儿会请 Kyle 上来也说说这个话题,这其实和美国汽车大亨福特的那句话很像:「如果我问顾客他们想要什么,他们会说更快的马」。而你们相当于在说:我们要推出一种全新的用户体验,即使最开始大家需要点时间适应。这非常酷。那么现在,你会怎么描述 Axiom?比如对一个不懂加密的人,你会怎么介绍?是说「我们让你在 Solana 上交易任何资产,未来可能跨链」,还是怎么说?

Henry:你刚才说的就是我们现在会用的说法。而且因为有招聘启事和一个非常非常厉害的猎头机构,我们现在有更多工程师,可以扩展到其他领域。很快你们会在其他领域也看到我们。

主持人:非常有意思。那么下一个问题:今天你们可以让人交易几乎所有 Solana 上的资产。那愿景是什么?比如当你和团队谈未来路线图,或者和新员工谈未来一到三年,怎么描述这家公司会变多大?你们是想成为 Robinhood,还是要定义一个新类别?

Henry:没错,基本就是 Robinhood 的那套。我们想做的很多事情和 Robinhood 的论点类似。区别在于:有些团队只是跟着哪里有收入就去哪里,而我们是真正非常严肃地追求这个目标。当然现在主要是 meme coin,但人们交易的东西还有很多。要成为真正的「一站式应用」,能让用户放心把所有资产放在里面,获得无缝体验,就必须支持更多类别的资产。

主持人:好,那我再问一个我个人好奇的问题,可能观众会觉得不太相关。如果你们有问题,可以在聊天室发,我们会选出来问。你刚说过,在你们所在的 YC 批次里,你们是唯一的消费者加密应用。当时大部分都是 AI,对吧?而且大概一年半前,Jason 发过那条著名的推文:「如果你在做加密,就转型做 AI」。在硅谷,做加密比做 AI 更难讲得通,这是我的体验,可能是因为我风险偏好为零(笑)。那你怎么看?你觉得加密能给下一代创始人、用户、交易者带来什么机会?

Henry:我觉得这是个经典答案:加密和 DeFi 提供了远远超出现有金融体系的机会。我们之所以在 Solana,就是因为这里有我们想要的生态。而且我们和 Helius、Solana Research Labs 等非常先进的团队都有合作,我们对 Solana 的未来路线图非常看好。简短回答就是:这是一个巨大的机会,因为那些成功的人,可以重新定义金融体系的用户体验。

主持人:这很鼓舞人心。好,我想问一些创业相关的问题,但在那之前,我还是想问点个人的。你们赚的钱实在太快了,可能比 Pumpfun 还快,比 Hyperliquid 还快。你们当时在德州公寓里,几个工程师每天拼命干活,你们真的有预料到今天的成功吗?还是说你们自己也很惊讶?

Henry:嗯,我觉得不会有哪位创始人会说:「我们肯定会是增长最快的公司」。有人可能会说,但真正做到是完全不同的事。对我们来说,老实讲,我们有时也会怀疑。但随着产品上线后用户反馈非常热烈,我们意识到这东西真的可以做得很大。从那之后,我们一直坚持一个原则:只要有新东西出现,我们要第一个给交易者提供优势,让他们能在这个新类别里交易。现在回头看,这不令人意外,但当时确实很惊讶。

主持人:我也问过 Alon 和 Toly:你们这么快赚到这么多钱,而历史上很多人赚快钱后就开始作妖,甚至把行业搞崩。显然你们没在干那些,比如超额发行的稳定币之类。但问题是,你每天早上醒来,是什么驱动你?钱已经不是问题了,你还想改变什么?

Henry:对我来说,驱动就是做出更好的交易体验。我觉得这是一个巨大的机会,就像 Robinhood 的 CEO 一样——他完全可以停下扩张,但显然他没有。原因很简单:谁能执行得最好、谁能掌握分发渠道,谁就能抓住这个巨大机会。对我来说,另一点是「成为第一个定义这种体验的公司」,这对我很重要。

主持人:好的,那我再问一个关于团队的。你们现在多少人?

Henry:不到 10 个,加上新招的,大概快 10 个。

主持人:不到 10 人就做到这种程度,太疯狂了。那你们是怎么招人的?总不能只是发个招聘启事就搞定吧?

我认为互联网资本市场是一个宏大的愿景,它更有想象力、更面向未来,也更能抓住这项技术可能代表的兴奋点。互联网资本市场是啥?就是一个全球统一账本,7×24 小时,无许可、可编程,你只需要一部手机和一条网线,你就能从任何一段软件里交易任何资产。本质上,就是把互联网的那些原生属性带到金融里。过去 30–40 年的软件时代,金融一直像在一个奇怪的小泡泡里:只在有限时间运作,而互联网其他部分不是这样;金融的软件系统被严格监管和控制。但事实证明,凭借密码学和无许可共识,我们可以把互联网的这些原生特性,带到资金流动、金融流动、价值流动和交易的所有形态里。

这是 Solana 的愿景;而 Ford Industries 希望能尽自己的一份力,把这件事向前推进。我认为 Ford Industries 能做的最重要的事,是真的去把未来建出来。大概在六七周前,SEC 主席 Paul Atkins 做了一场题为「Project Crypto」的演讲,听众是 SEC 的 4000 名员工。在那次讲话里,他告诉所有员工:我们必须把美国证券市场迁到链上来运作。想想这意味着什么:这是一个又难又长的过程,牵涉大量利益相关方。显而易见的有 NYSE、NASDAQ 这些,但还有 DTCC、各家银行、已经上市的公司、券商等等。这里本质上是复杂而异质的多方利益相关者网络。

所以我们要把整个链条拉起来。金融里的一切都需要多方协同,而且要差不多同时让各方跑起来、以某种协调一致的方式推进。我很幸运能站在这个位置,并且有这些关系网络,去尝试协调各方,把这件事真正拉起来。
