В уведомлениях, поданных 18 августа, регулятор установил новые сроки принятия решений: 8 октября для Bitcoin и Ethereum ETF от NYSE Arca Truth Social, 16 октября для Solana ETF от 21Shares и Bitwise, и 19 октября для 21Shares Core XRP Trust.
