作为本轮周期唯二亮眼的加密平台,引领了整个 Meme 币热潮的 Pump.fun 于今日晚间官宣即将于 7 月 12 日开启 1C0,也意味着 PUMP 代币即将上线。与此同时,包括币安、Bybit、Bitget、Gate、MEXC、Kucoin 等交易所接连官宣上线 PUMP 代币,这也为 PUMP 代币的上涨空间提供了一定的预期支撑。Odaily星球日报将于本文对 PUMP 代币发行相关信息进行简要梳理,供读者参考。


PUMP 代币经济学模型: 24% 面向社区及生态, 33% 用于1C0公售

Pump.fun 在 X 平台发文公布 PUMP 代币经济学,代币总供应量为 1 万亿枚,其中:

  • 33% 将通过首次代币发行(1C0)出售;
  • 24% 预留用于社区和生态系统计划;
  • 20% 分配给项目团队;
  • 2.4% 用于生态基金;
  • 2% 分配给基金会;
  • 13% 分配给现有投资者;
  • 3% 用于直播相关激励;
  • 2.6% 用于流动性和交易平台。

据悉,在 1CO 中共出售 33% 的代币, 18% 面向机构投资者, 15% 为公开销售,机构投资者与公售购买者遵循完全相同的投资条款,包括销售币价、首日全部解锁等。每枚代币将以 0.004 美元的价格出售;私募份额已经分配完毕。

值得一提的是,PUMP 代币总供应量为 10000 亿枚,远远超出常规的代币供应量(通常为 10 亿枚,Meme 币则通常多为 100 亿枚,至多为 1000 亿枚),不得不说,以“一键发币平台”为主打概念的 Pump.fun 代币 PUMP 或将成为代币数量最多的 Meme 币之一。


1C0 参与注意事项: 6 大交易所渠道,英美公民禁止参与


据 Pump.fun 官方信息,此次 1C0 参与步骤主要有 3 步:


1、通过 完成 KYC(英美公民禁止参与);


2、6 大交易所(Kucoin、Kraken、Bybit、Bitget、Gate、MEXC)同步开放参与渠道,若用户已完成平台 KYC,则无需重复进行;

3、PUMP 代币 1C0 将于 7 月 12 日北京时间时间 22: 00 开启,直到 1500 亿枚代币售罄,或于 7 月 15 日星期二北京时间 22: 00 结束,以先到者为准。公售结束后,1C0 参与者将收到代币,代币最初为不可转让状态(不可交易),1C0 结束后 48-72 小时内代币转让权限将开启。

PUMP 1C0背后的生意经:估值 40 亿美元,公售 6 亿美元,私募 7 亿美元

作为“Meme 币周期发动机”,pump.fun 一度在发币平台赛道中市场份额占据 90% 以上,引领了“一键发币平台热潮”,但在今年 TURMP 官方 Meme 币完成“最后一舞”吸干市场流动性后,加密市场的的热度逐渐回归至合规机构主导的比特币和主流市场之中,Meme 币陷入沉寂。


市场势微之外,竞争对手也日渐崛起。就在最近,在发币项目数量方面,BONK 旗下 Meme 启动平台 Letsbonk.Fun 一度超越 Pump.fun。据 Dune 数据,过去 24 小时,Letsbonk.Fun 平台发币数量为后者的 2 倍多,其用户量也增加至后者的接近二分之一,前者 24 小时内“毕业代币数量”约为后者的 3 倍左右,这或许也是 Pump.fun 急于发币,开启“平台事业第二春”的原因之一。

随之而来的问题则是:谁来买币接盘?狂揽 6 亿美元的 1C0 阳谋是否是针对国人用户的“收割”?

此前,Pump.fun 作为 Solana 生态乃至加密货币市场现象级的平台应用,一度被视为 Mass Adoption(大规模采用)的典范,还曾因约 10 亿美元的营收被 X 平台 KOL @SigmaSquared_ 戏称为“ 2024 年全球第 10 大赌博公司”——据其发文表示,若按照公司收入计算,pump.fun 将位列 2024 年全球赌博公司收入第 10 名。其甚至在评论区补充道:若按照净利润计算,pump.fun 有望位列第 5 名。


然而,Pump.fun 被加密用户所诟病的一点正是“取之于民的收入,没有用之于民”,此前团队曾多次将平台协议收入兑换为 SOL,还将价值数亿美元的 SOL 存入 Kraken 交易所抛售,在链上流动性收紧的当下,堪称“吸血大王”。


不过,或许是为了 TGE 及 1C0 的顺利进行,Pump.fun 自 6 月 10 日起,已有近一个月未向 Kraken 存入 SOL,或许这也是近期 SOL 并未出现大幅下跌的原因之一。


目前来看,PUMP 代币 1C0 公募的主要对象仍然是以国人为代表的英美公民以外的加密人群,官方团队或许笃定市场仍然对最大 Meme 币发射平台发币心存希冀,但 PUMP 发币却让不少社区用户回想起 NFT 由盛转衰的“最后丧钟”—— Yuga Labs 发售 Otherside 猴地的盛况,短短 1 天内,gas 费狂烧 2 万枚 ETH,疯狂的交易后,却是泡沫破裂、一蹶不振的寒冬。
