Президент ETF Store Нейт Джерачи назвал «неизбежным» появление спотового SOL-ETF со стейкингом от REX Shares:

В конце мая биржевой аналитик Bloomberg Джеймс Сейффарт уже обращал внимание на продукт, отметив, что фирма использовала редкую структуру для фонда — C Corp. По его словам, такой подход позволяет обойти процесс подачи классической формы 19b-4.

«У этой структуры есть свои плюсы и минусы. Один из плюсов заключается в том, что это был способ получить некоторое одобрение от SEC», — добавил Сейффарт.

За прошедшие сутки Solana выросла на 3,6% на фоне застоя остального рынка. На момент написания монета торгуется по $151, согласно CoinGecko.

Напомним, в июне компания Bitwise обновила заявки для ETF на базе Dogecoin и Aptos.
