Threshold Network провела серьезную реорганизацию своей децентрализованной автономной организации (DAO), направленную на сокращение расходов, улучшение управления и повышение долгосрочного роста.

Эти изменения были описаны в предложении по улучшению (Threshold Improvement Proposal 103) и стали результатом того, что tLabs взяла на себя ответственность за развитие tBTC и дальнейшее расширение сети.

Теперь, вместо громоздкой структуры, организация уменьшила количество ключевых ролей и перераспределила задачи на более компактную команду. Новый Threshold Committee состоит из шести оплачиваемых сотрудников на неполный рабочий день и трех волонтеров, заменив прежние Treasury Guild и Совет. Модель управления остается через мультиподпись 5 из 9.

Ключевые позиции, такие как технологии, казначейство, коммуникации, управление проектами и мотивация, по-прежнему актуальны, но с перераспределением нагрузки и перерасчетом компенсаций.

Теперь tLabs будет вести маркетинг и интеграции, чтобы команда могла внедрять новые функции и расширять присутствие tBTC в рамках децентрализованных финансов. Эти шаги должны усилить гибкость и масштабируемость Threshold.

С экономией порядка $1.1 миллиона в годовых расходах на управление, общие расходы были снижены до $602,000. Вдобавок, благодаря прекращению вознаграждений по ставке tBTC, сеть сэкономила еще $8.5 миллионов. Теперь она может прогнозировать путь к устойчивой прибыльности.

Threshold также решила реинвестировать в свой родной токен T, остановив продажи из казначейства и начав байбек. Совсем недавно DAO приобрела почти 30 миллионов токенов T, заплатив за них 5.8 tBTC.

В казначействе теперь находятся резервы на сумму около $8-9 миллионов и порядка 420 миллионов токенов T в управлении, что должно обеспечить стабильную работу на 2-3 года вперед.

Эти шаги должны укрепить рыночную стоимость токена T и поддержать продолжение разработки, а также расширить роль tBTC в экосистеме DeFi.
