PvP暂时性落幕,保本套利成为当下要务?

一个新的共识正愈发强烈:PvP 时代已经暂时落幕了。


Pump.fun 过去 24 小时收入相较历史最高点 1 月 25 日的 1538 万美元已下跌超过 90% 。名人发币潮成为 memecoin 这辆疯狂赛车失控前的最后一脚油门。Libra 事件或许标志着 Memecoin 大时代的结束,关键是,玩家心态变了,P 小将终于也“P”不动了。


随之而来的是比特币又回到了 8 开头的区间,山寨币集体大跌。有句话说得好,雄心壮志暂时性落幕,保全已身成了当下要务。这句话用在当下的加密市场投资策略上再合适不过。如果说,牛市上升阶段市场追逐热钱,下行行情中投资者更青睐较为稳妥的年息产品和稳健避险策略。


尽管 DeFi 老炮  Andre Cronje 认为,参与 Meme 币的是一个完全不关心 DeFi 甚至区块链的群体,所以 Meme 币并没有抢走任何注意力。但 PvP 结束后,资金的确正寻找其他高收益机会,DeFi 开始出现回暖的迹象。


Sonic 从去年 12 月底上线到今天,仅两个月,其链上 TVL 就实现了从 0 到约 7 亿美元的速通。其生态 Dex 项目 Shadow Exchange 因高年化挖矿实现了极速吸金,Token 价格实现了从几美元到几百美元的飞跃。


推出高 APY 的 DeFi 套利几乎成为近期新公链的打法之一。据 Defillama 数据,除了 Sonic,Berachain、Sei、Soneium 等专注于 DeFi 的新兴高性能公链在近一周市场整体下跌的行情下实现了 TVL 的上涨,而这背后离不开高年息的吸筹策略。此外,Pendle、Morpho 等协议的生息产品也在受到追捧。


Shadow Exchange:Sonic 生态的“金铲子”


Shadow 的成功除了 Sonic 的生态激励和补贴,比较关键的是其推出的创新的玩法。上一轮 DeFi Summer 的时候,AC 就曾提出了 ve( 3, 3)模型,而这一次,Shadow 在 ve( 3, 3)的基础上做了改进,提出了 x( 3, 3)。
简单说,( 3, 3)就是大家一起携手做大做强的约定:

  • 你购买代币并锁起来,帮平台做事,比如提供流动性和支持发展;
  • 你锁得越久、分到的奖励越多,平台也因为你的支持更值钱;
  • 理论上,如果你和大家一起锁仓,代币价格涨了,所有人都赚。

但 ve( 3, 3)有个问题:锁仓时间太死板,锁几年才能获得高收益,风险极大且规则不灵活。于是,Shadow 的 x( 3, 3)就是在老机制上加了点新花样,核心是“灵活+激励”:

  1. 锁仓换票:你拿 Shadow 的代币$SHADOW 去平台锁仓,换成$xSHADOW。$xSHADOW 就像一张“会员卡”,有了它,你就能分平台的利润(比如交易费),还能投票决定平台咋玩。
  2. 随时离场,但有代价:老机制锁几年才能解锁,x( 3, 3)不一样,你想啥时候拿回$SHADOW 都行。代价是,如果你没锁满一定时间会有罚款,这些罚款会分给那些继续锁仓的“老实人”。
  3. 越久越赚:锁得越久,$xSHADOW 的“含金量”越高,奖励也越多。
  4. “重定基”激励长期主义者:跑路的人交的罚款,会让留下的人赚更多,这叫“重定基”(re-basing),让留下的人更有动力。

目前来看,Shadow 已经验证了 x ( 3, 3) 模型在流动性赛道的爆发力,平台上近一周交易量已超 14 亿美元,TVL 超 1.3 亿美元。流动性池已接近 2000 个,部分早期池子的APR 高到离谱

那么,Shadow 质押池的高 APY 怎么实现的?


Shadow 的高 APY 池子主要靠发放奖励代币 xSHADOW 来吸引用户。刚开始的时候,为了激励更多人挖矿,奖励处于“高排放”阶段,基于此计算出来的年化收益自然就高,可能动不动就上百甚至上千个点。此外,Shadow 用的是 Uniswap V3的集中流动性机制。提供流动性的范围越窄,获得的奖励就越集中,APY 看着就越高。但随着参与的人和筹码越多,奖励被逐渐摊薄,APY 就自然下降了。


而且,高 APY 背后的“水分”也不少。质押奖励的 xSHADOW 实际存在解锁限制,部分奖励需要锁 6 个月才能全拿出来。此外,你还需要承担无常损失的风险。如果池子价格波动大,大户一旦抛售,也面临亏损风险。此外,也有用户吐槽,Shadow 前端展示的 APY 是按最窄的价格区间算的,很多投资者算不明白真正的收益,容易被“虚高”欺骗。


Shadow 上线不到两个月,目前仍处于早期,再加上 Sonic 的生态补贴和空投预期,因此高 APY 是很难长久持续的,随着锁仓量(TVL)增加和参与者变多,奖励会被摊薄。此外,投资者还要考虑解锁折扣、无常损失和价格波动等风险。也因此,Shadow 上的稳定币交易对因为无常损失低更受欢迎,但 APY 也相对低一些。


值得一提的是,最初应用了 ve( 3, 3) 模型的 DeFi 协议 Solidly 因释放机制和流动性管理问题未能持续,尽管其模型被 Velodrome 等协议改进,但( 3, 3) 经济模型可持续性方面的缺陷仍然存在。


Infrared:熊链的“流动性发动机”


在介绍 Stride 之前,有必要先提一下目前熊链(BeraChain)DeFi 生态的整体情况。熊链于 2 月 6 日主网上线,上线才 20 天,其 DeFi 生态迅速崛起,目前生态 TVL 已超 30 亿美元,居 Base、Arbitrum、Sui 等公链之上。熊链上的多个 DeFi 协议如 Infrared、Stride、BEX(Berachain Exchange)、Bend、Berps、Honeypot 等都推出了高 APY 的流动性质押池。
此外,Berachain 围绕其核心共识机制 PoL 设计了一套奖励 BGT 激励系统,旨在通过 BGT(Bera Governance Token,熊链治理代币)激励用户、验证者和项目方共同参与。主网刚上线时,只有官方 DEX BeraHub 的几个池子能拿 BGT,比如 WBERA/HONEY、USDC.e/HONEY。这些是“默认金库”,给生态打底。目前仍处于治理第一阶段,即 PoL 全面开闸,任何项目都能申请让自己的池子拿$BGT。投票权在 BGT 持有者手里。目前,仍然属于早期参与阶段,收益和补贴都相对会高一些。随着更多池子的加入,BGT 的分发会逐渐稀释。
目前熊链的龙头流动性质押协议为 Infrared,其链上 TVL 超 14 亿美元,最高的流动性池子的 APY 为 120% 。

Infrared 这种爆发式增长和高 APY 离不开熊链主网红利期的“吸金效应”。Berachain 的治理代币 BGT 是“灵魂绑定”的,不能买卖,只能通过提供流动性赚取。Infrared 就相当于熊链的售票处,把流动性(比如 BEX 的 LP 代币)存进金库,就能换到 iBGT,还能拿 $BGT 奖励。此外,Infrared 与生态内的多个 DeFi 协议合作,保证了 iBGT 在整个生态的流动性和套娃收益。


此外,Infrared 是 Berachain 基金会支持的 Build-a-Bera 孵化项目,曾于去年六月获得 YZi Labs(Binance Labs)的投资。
目前,Infrared 靠官方撒币、验证者分红和杠杆玩法仍在增长。不过,所有高 APY 项目都有风险,和 Shadow 一样,Infrared 的用户同样面临利益稀释、无常损失和价格波动等高风险。


Yei Finance:Sei 生态的“稳定币挖矿神器”


尽管与前几个协议相比,Yei Finance 的 APY 并不算特别高,但其稳健型投资仍吸引了不少保守型投资者前来挖矿。


Yei 是 Sei 生态的龙头借贷协议,主打存 USDC 挖矿,还能拿 WSEI(包装过的 SEI)奖励。其定位是 Sei 的“收益聚合器”。近期,Yei 还上线了 SolvBTC 池,提供比特币收益机会,这在 DeFi 中较为少见。

Yei 上稳定币 USDC 池子的  APY 超 20% (其中约 5.7% 是稳定币收益, 14.9% 是 WSEI),是目前平台上最大的池子。“稳定+高收益”吸引了大量保守型投资者。 
去年 12 月,Yei Finance 完成 200 万美元种子轮融资,Manifold 领投,DWF Ventures、Kronos Research、Outlier Ventures、Side Door Ventures 和 WOO 等参投。


Sonex:索尼链上的 DeFi 枢纽


索尼链 Soneium 是一个由索尼(Sony)旗下 Sony Block Solutions Labs 和 Startale 联合开发的以太坊 Layer-2 区块链,基于 Optimism 的 OP Stack 构建。Soneium 在 2025 年 1 月 14 日正式上线主网,据 L 2B eat 数据,Soneium 的 TVS(总保障价值)已超 7000 万美元(SolvBTC 资产存在重复计算)。


和熊链的情况类似,作为早期上线的生态,Soneium 对其生态的激励和补贴活动比较丰富。例如,Soneium 在 2 月初推出了 Soneium OG Badge,活动截止到北京时间 2 月 27 日中午 12: 00 ,在 Soneium 上完成 45 笔交易(为什么是 45 笔?因为 Soneium 于 1 月 14 日推出,而参与活动将于 2 月 27 日结束,这之间正好 45 天)可获得灵魂绑定徽章,而这枚早期参与者徽章将获得诸多好处,例如生态空投等。


Sonex 是 Soneium 生态的龙头 DeFi 项目,由 Sony Block Solutions Labs 和 Startale 支持。其定位为 AI 驱动的 DEX 和全能 DeFi 平台,是 Soneium 主网首批孵化的项目之一, 1 月 28 日才在主网上线,目前还不到一个月。上个月,Sonex 还宣布在不到 60 天的时间内成功筹集了 100 万美元的种子轮融资,由 Outliers Fund 领投,Baboon VC、Taisu Ventures、Nonagon Capital、Flow Traders、Gate Ventures 和 Lootex 参投。

Sonex 的质押池目前也有不少高 APY 的流动性池,目前主要以稳定币和 ETH 等为主。近期,Sonex 上推出了 Astar 贡献分数 (ACS) 活动,从 2 月 20 日到 5 月 30 日,在 Sonex 参与 ASTR 质押可获得代币和积分双重激励。


Soneium 主网上线才一个月,现在仍处于红利期,因此 APY 和积分回报最高。挑选热门质押池、避开深度低的池子。目前,Sonex 当前有积分奖励计划,其积分可能与空投直接相关。


Morpho:多链 DeFi “智能基金”


2 月 27 日,Coinbase 宣布上线 MORPHO。Morpho 最初是 Ethereum 网络的借贷协议,核心是“优化借贷池”,它在 Aave 和 Compound 等传统协议上加了一层“智能匹配”。简单说就是把借钱和存钱的双方尽量“点对点”(P2P)撮合,减少资金闲置,提升收益率。但作为一个相对较老的 DeFi 协议,因为建议在其他协议的基础上,其知名度远不及 Aave、Compound 等。


2024 年初,Morpho 新起高楼,推出全新的去中心化的借贷基础层 Morpho Blue,从单纯的 DeFi 协议转向 DeFi 基础设施。Morpho Blue 的借贷市场是独立的。与多资产池不同,每个市场的清算参数都可以在不考虑篮子中风险最高的资产的情况下设置。因此,供应商可以以更高的 LLTV 放贷,同时承受与向 LLTV 较低的多资产池供应时相同的市场风险。抵押资产不会借给借款人。这减轻了当前借贷平台中清算正常运作所需的流动性要求,并使 Morpho Blue 能够提供更高的资本利用率。


此外, Morpho Blue 完全自主,因此无需引入费用来支付平台维护、风险管理者或代码安全专家的费用。值得注意的是, Morpho Blue 具有无需许可的资产上市功能,任何人都能创建自定义借贷市场,例如资产、利率、清算规则等,这使得其生态的金融效率简单高效。Blue 还支持许可市场,从而实现更广泛的用例,包括 RWA 和机构市场。


Morpho Stack 已部署在多个新链上,包括 Polygon POS、Arbitrum、Optimism、Scroll、Ink、World Chain、Fraxtal、Unichain、Mode、Hemi、Corn、Sonic 等新链(需要注意的是,多链框架下的部署仅限于基础设施,这些新链暂未上线 Morpho App,也不会获得 MORPHO 奖励)。


目前 Morpho 总存款超过 53 亿美元,另据 DefiLlama 数据,Morpho Blue 的总 TVL 在近几个月快速拉升,目前已接近 30 亿美元。目前,Morpho Blue 上有多个资产池,受欢迎的池子仍以稳定币为主。

Pendle:DeFi 的债券市场


Pendle 是一种允许用户将收益资产的未来收益代币化并进行交易的 DeFi 协议。通过分离资产的本金和收益部分,Pendle 采用更高级的收益管理策略,包括固定收益、对未来收益变动的投机以及从质押资产中解锁流动性,将传统金融概念(如利率衍生品)引入 DeFi 领域。


通俗来讲,相比于其他交易所主要交易的是币价,Pendle 交易的对象更像是是“APY”,即“把未来的收益拿来现在玩”。它允许用户将收益生成资产拆分成“本金代币”(Principal Tokens,PT)和“收益代币”(Yield Tokens,YT),然后分别交易。比如你有 stETH(Lido 的质押 ETH),可以用 Pendle 分成 PT(到期拿回本金)和 YT(赚未来收益),然后随便买卖。这种灵活性让用户既能锁定固定收益,又能炒收益预期。


Pendle 于去年建立了固定收益市场,其 TVL 在去年实现了 20 倍的增长,目前已接近 50 亿美元。

Pendle 上目前有很多套利机会,例如通过 PT 折价套利。在市场上,PT 的交易价格通常低于其到期价值(折价交易)。你可以低价买 PT,持有到期,赚中间的差价;YT 是收益代币,赚的是底层资产的未来收益。如果市场预期收益会涨,你可以低价买 YT,赌一把赚高收益;除此之外,还有 PT-YT 价差等套利空间。相对比较稳妥的还是质押挖矿,你也可以参与 U 本位 PT 的池子套利,APY 通常都超过 10% 。但所有的套利都需要考虑到无常损失、锁定期长、价格波动等风险。
