「香港Web3嘉年华」是由万向区块链实验室、HashKey Group 联合推出的Web3活动品牌，由 W 3 ME 承办。首届嘉年华于 2023 年 4 月 12 日-15 日举办，作为全球规模最大的Web3活动之一，嘉年华期间周边活动近 200 场，线下累计参与人数超过 50, 000 ，吸引了超 300 位极具全球影响力的演讲嘉宾与会，超 100 家热门项目参展，被行业誉为香港Web3发展史上里程碑式的事件。
