ZkSync is one of the most promising protocols that hasn't launched a token. In the docs, it mentioned that there will be a token, and hence, it may we wise to start showing some activities on zkSync in case there is an airdrop.

Like our airdrop guide on Arbitrum, this post might help you qualify for the upcoming airdrop (but no guarantees!). There is no reason not to do them as transaction costs on zkSync are extremely cheap.
Without further ado, we will explain the potential steps and strategy you can take to qualify for an airdrop with not only zkSync, but other projects in the ecosystem as well.
Move funds to zkSync with Orbiter Finance

The first step is to load funds into zkSync with Orbiter Finance. Orbiter is a cross-chain bridge that supports ETH, USDC and USDT deposits from a variety of blockchains.
More information about Orbiter can be found in our previous post below.
Move funds to zkSync with zkSync bridge

The zkSync bridge is the official way to move funds to zkSync. You can connect your wallet and move funds from Ethereum mainnet to zkSync.
Between the two methods, we recommend using both methods if you want to qualify for the airdrop with the highest probability of success.
Trade on Zig Zag exchange

Zigzag is a decentralized non-custodial order book exchange, powered by zk-rollups. It features a number of trading pairs facilitating trades on zkSync.
Once you are there, make a couple of transactions on the platform. For example, you could swap your bridge ETH to USDC and swap back.
Donate on Gitcoin and checkout via zkSync

Gitcoin is a platform that funds a diverse range of tools. You can browse projects that might be part of the future of the Internet. Gitcoin grant donations can be checked out via the zkSync network for cheaper transaction fees.

Do this once for any project of your choice.
Claim faucet tokens on zkSync 2.0 Goerli

Request some testnet tokens from the faucet on the zkSync 2.0 portal, which is the first EVM compatible ZK rollup.
Make trades on SyncSwap — zkSync 2.0 testate

Once you have your faucet tokens, visit SyncSwap and make some trades using those fake tokens. You can always click on faucet on the top right for more tokens if needed.
Other than making swaps, you can also add liquidity to the pool.
Mint an NFT on MintSquare

We are not done yet! Head over to MintSquare — a NFT storefront on zksSync — and mint a new NFT on the zkSync testnet. Just find any cute picture and upload the supported media onto the website.
Give your NFT a name, attributes, and click mint.
Make trades and add liquidity on 1kx

You also want to continue trading and adding liquidity on as many DEXes as possible. 1kx is another zkSync DEX where you can make trades. 1kx is unique in a sense where it allows single token liquidity pools instead of pool pairs by pairing with its stablecoin OSD.
