Ampleforth is an algorithmic rebase cryptocurrency designed to innovate monetary systems. It automatically adjusts its total supply daily based on market conditions, shifting volatility from price to supply. The protocol includes two main tokens:
AMPL: A supply-elastic token that targets the inflation-adjusted 2019 U.S. dollar value. Wallet balances increase when demand rises and decrease when demand falls.
FORTH: The governance token of the Ampleforth ecosystem, allowing holders to manage protocol parameters, direct liquidity mining issuance, and utilize DAO treasury assets. Ampleforth aims to drive elastic finance and DeFi innovation.
