一家2025年底创立,而且尚未公开发布产品的AI创业公司获得7亿美元A轮融资,估值冲到60亿美元。本轮由Parkway Venture Capital领投,参投机构包括NVIDIA、AMD Ventures、Intel Capital、Qualcomm Ventures、Salesforce Ventures。  

可以看到,这家公司在短时间内获得巨额融资,而且行业最顶尖的软硬件科技巨头给它背书。

这家叫Hark的公司切入点很明确:他们想用“自研基础模型+定制硬件”的组合,来做下一代的通用人机接口。

本质上,这是一种新的人工智能界面,它的形态是AI原生硬件,拆解开来就是一系列定制化原生硬件设备,以及具备智能体能力的计算设备,配备端到端语音模型和高度个性化的记忆能力。所有这些AI系统都是多模态的,能够以自然方式理解和互动。

AI更智能了,但是还在用老的躯壳和交互方式

Hark由Brett Adcock于2025年底创立,最初由他个人投入1亿美元。Brett Adcock过去创办过 Archer、Figure和Vettery等公司。

其中Archer进入电动垂直起降飞行器市场,并成功上市。Figure是人形机器人公司,2024 年,Figure获得6.75亿美元融资,2025年9月,Figure完成超10亿美元C轮融资,估值达到390亿美元,它的投资方包括Jeff Bezos、NVIDIA、Microsoft、OpenAI等。  

为什么Brett Adcock会想在“主动式”AI原生硬件这个方向创业?因为Figure的路线本身就是“AI+硬件+真实世界互动”的系统工程,本质上,这与AI原生硬件的底层技术栈差不多,他知道坑在哪里。而最近Figure直播演示了机器人长时间包裹分拣任务,说明它们已经解决了一些问题。

除了Brett Adcock自己,Abidur Chowdhury已加入Hark担任设计负责人。他曾是Apple产品设计高管,参与iPhone Air等产品设计。Hark也从Apple、Meta、Google、Tesla和头部AI实验室吸引工程师加入,覆盖AI研究、硬件工程和设计。

遍观个人硬件终端发展的历史,其实是硬件形态,交互方式和应用程序交替上升的历史:硬件形态和交互方式进化了,产生新的应用程序,解锁新的能力,扩散到更大范围的用户群体。  

例如,当PC的形态确定,并且体积足够小后,再加上鼠标和GUI这些交互界面的成熟,让它更容易被普通人使用,并且当互联网普及后,让它从商务和创意专业人士人群,进入大众群体。

下一个突破出现在iPhone,这个突破不仅在于它把电脑和手机的能力集成在一个很小的体积,还在于多点触控的交互方式,交互门槛的进一步降低,让智能手机(包括平板电脑)的用户规模比PC高了一个等级。

而且它的App Store生态直接成为移动互联网时代的软件标准,2024年全球App Store生态促成约1.3万亿美元开发者营业额和销售额。

现在,AI的问题是,它有智能,软件能力很强,但是目前主要通过聊天界面和电脑/手机等非AI原生的设备运行和交互,缺少对用户身份的持续记忆,也缺少专为智能交互设计的硬件。

行业的一个初步共识是,下一阶段需要的是能与人和现实世界自然互动的智能体系统。这类系统要能预判需求、减轻认知负担,并像协作伙伴一样运行,而不是像传统软件一样等待命令。

目前,AI在软件层面,已经催生了OpenAI和Anthropic这样估值接近万亿的超级创业公司,一旦AI原生硬件进一步发展,它对科技行业产生的影响力很可能是iPhone级别的。

但是,“主动式”AI原生硬件想要成熟,是一个复杂的工程。例如,Hark要从模型,AI硬件,交互,记忆等层面去构建这一整个系统。

首先,它们的模型将具备智能体能力、多模态能力和记忆能力,能够记住用户是谁、说过什么,并跨用户已经使用的产品和服务工作。

它们会设计AI原生的硬件,并与Hark的基础模型整合。而从它们招聘实时语音基础设施岗位来看,它们的交互界面,很可能会先从语音开始。

发展“主动式”AI,中国创业公司更有优势  

现有的AI,无论是ChatBot,还是Agent,它们暂时只是工具,因为它们被困在了屏幕里,只有当人们需要它们的时候,才会去给它们发指令,然后拿到结果。

相比这些“被动式”AI,“主动式”AI为什么重要?因为它把AI从工具变成了协作者。AI一定程度上可以独立于人之外,去帮人想,帮人做,去完成事情。

要打造一个“主动式”AI系统,需要一个软硬件结合的AI原生硬件,它需要具备感知、记忆能力,要有智能,要有新的,更低门槛的交互,还需要随时在人的身边(always on)。

在上一个AI硬件的探索期(例如智能音箱等),它有感知,但只能储存,智能不够,交互呆板。

在目前这个新的AI爆发期,感知能力进一步提升,AI的记忆和智能进步巨大,交互仍然在探索中,但探索路径已经初步明确。

真正的“主动式”AI,已经往前走了一大步。

而要想让“主动式”AI越来越成熟,不是单点突破的竞赛,它需要基础模型、智能体操作系统、个性化记忆、硬件终端的共同发展和进步。AI原生硬件的竞争,是一项综合性的竞争。

在这个领域创新和探索,中国的创业公司更有机会成功,他们有三重独特优势:首先是制造生态优势,深圳等地拥有全球最完整的供应链基础;其次是市场规模优势,中国既是最大制造国,也是最大应用市场;第三是政策支持优势,国家将AI列为战略重点,为长期投资提供确定性。
