1. Project Introduction
A blockchain fully compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), featuring self-upgrading capabilities and on-chain governance. Its infrastructure enables EVM extensions such as native token bridging, scheduled executions (i.e., recurring payments), and in-place smart contract upgrades.

Denko Mancheski (Founder):
Started as a programmer at Vertex Broadcasting Solutions in 2010 and worked there for four years. Later joined Better as a web developer, where he honed skills in NodeJS, AngularJS, and Angular 2. In 2016, he became CTO at Adelphoi.io, followed by another CTO role at Viewly in 2017. He eventually founded Reef.
