JPMorgan Warned of the Danger of This Altcoin! Why Are Investors Withdrawing Funds? Here Are the Details
JPMorgan has warned about the risks associated with the altcoin Hyperliquid (HYPE), noting a slowdown in investor interest. While HYPE ETFs saw some of the highest inflows among crypto ETFs (excluding Bitcoin) in May and June, this momentum significantly decreased in July and early August.
According to the bank's analysis, this slowdown suggests growing investor questions about the long-term competitiveness of the Hyperliquid platform. JPMorgan analysts highlighted that decentralized transaction platforms like Hyperliquid could face significant challenges in gaining future market share.
The report clarifies that the reduced ETF inflows do not mean institutional demand has vanished entirely. However, the failure to maintain the strong growth pace indicates increasing investor caution. JPMorgan suggests that a reacceleration of inflows into HYPE ETFs in the coming period could be a key indicator of whether concerns about Hyperliquid's competitiveness are easing.
