What is Meta Apes (PEEL)

I. Project Introduction

Meta Apes is a free-to-play, win-to-earn mobile strategy game available on Google Play & App Store. Launched in May 2022, it was created out of a vision to develop a community-oriented game that appeals to both web2 & web3 gamers and offers both audiences something valuable - 1) an opportunity for traditional gamers to get introduced to web3 and truly own their assets and 2) a much more interactive & enjoyable gameplay experience for web3 gamers.

It is set in a post-apocalyptic world, in which humanity has ended and a new era ruled by Apes has begun. Next on the agenda is space domination, and every player will have to work closely with their gang to become the strongest clan and win the ultimate race to space.

Meta Apes is the first game to launch and build on BNB Sidechain. This allows us to have greater customization & scalability, higher throughput & performance, and significantly reduced transaction fees, and helps us avoid issues with network congestion and lags.
