2. Detailed Introduction

STONE - is the only yield management protocol focused on creating Rock Solid Yield for all the users in the DeFi ecosystem. STONE is positioned as the anchor yield aggregation platform, and eventually STONE will evolve to be a cross-chain asset aggregation and yield marketplace with the inclusion of multi-chain Proof of Stakes (“POS”) assets such as Eth2.0 and Polkadot. The focus is on developing innovative asset pools that maximize return while keeping the LP capital as safe and secure as possible. In doing so, we aim to create a robust passive income platform to meet the needs of the DeFi industry. With the inclusion of yield-bearing assets introduced by STONE, we will further create yield-based derivatives such as Risk Optimized Yield indices and other derivatives.

4. Token Information and Release Schedule ( Only provide when available)

1) Private Round Price: $0.20

2) Public Round Price: $0.25

3）Token Lock-up plan and release plan：

Seed Round - 15% unlock at Exchange Listing Date and following the quarterly release vesting schedule for 12 months.
Private Sale Round - 25% unlock at Exchange Listing Date, and following quarterly release vesting schedule for 12 months.
Community Contributors - 1-month cliff after Exchange Listing Date, daily unlock over 12 months.
Marketing & Partnership – 1-month cliff after Exchange Listing Date, daily unlock over 12 months.
Technology Development - 6 months cliff after Exchange Listing Date, semi-annual release following a vesting schedule of Three (3) years.
Yield Farming - reserved for incentivizing users after the token launch, but will be subject to the multiple phases’ release.
Protocol Reserve - this will be reserved for liquidity provision and other uses for protocol development and it will be only utilized on the need basis.
