What is PROPY(PRO) (PROPY)

PROPY(PRO) is the first global property store with a decentralized registry. The registry is a hybrid solution based on Ethereum blockchain and at the same time keeping the sensitive date off-chain through our proprietary privacy solution. The company already did the first ever real estate transaction via Ethereum.  Propy’s vision is to ultimately enable a global real estate market with a unified real-time purchase interface, as well as tokenization of buildings and a decentralized title registry. It is being designed to allow real estate assets to become more liquid while providing users with greater control over the transaction process. To achieve that goal, PROPY(PRO) developed a new ecosystem of token holders, brokers, governments and end users incentivized to support the transition to a seamless, secure, and globally recognized real estate transaction network.

As all blockchains mediate public engagement with the database, for Propy Registry to successfully function as a decentralized source of validation for real estate ownership, Propy is introducing Propy Utility Tokens to ensure sincere engagement with the blockchain.

The Property Contract, allows users to write new titles to Propy Registry, or change ownerships of the existing titles, for a fee that is payable in PRO. Ongoing transactions will always require Tokens and ⅔ of fees paid in PRO tokens. will be redistributed to our network growth pool, used to incentivize the engagement of users in the platform.
