1. Project Introduction
Orchid is building a decentralized VPN (dVPN) marketplace that allows users to purchase bandwidth from global providers in a peer-to-peer network. It aims to provide next-generation privacy and internet freedom tools by removing centralized control, incentivizing bandwidth contributors, and utilizing blockchain-based payment systems. Orchid uses the Ethereum blockchain and the OXT token for payments, operating through a staking-based system where bandwidth providers stake OXT to participate and earn from providing services.
