Kunitake Ando – Representative Director, former President & COO of Sony Corporation, President & COO of Sony Engineering and Manufacturing USA, Chairman of Sony Financial Holdings and Sony Life Insurance Co., Ltd.; became CEO of Jasmy in April 2016. Currently a board member of Japan Innovation Network and Chairman of Nagano University.
Kazumasa Sato – President & COO, former CEO of Sony Style.com Japan Inc., Executive at Sony Marketing (Japan) Inc., President of Sony Style Company, Managing Director of Sony Style Japan, and Head of Sony Corporation Creative Center. Joined Jasmy's board in April 2016 and became COO in November 2018.
Hiroshi Harada – CFO, joined KPMG AZSA LLP in 2008 after passing the JICPA exam. Worked in auditing for 11 years before joining Jasmy as CFO in January 2020, overseeing accounting, finance, taxation, and investor relations.
