Weekly Token Unlocks: ZRO and ZK Unlock Over 3% of Circulating Supply
This week's major token unlocks feature significant releases from LayerZero (ZRO) and ZKsync (ZK), each exceeding 3% of their circulating supply.
LayerZero will unlock 25.71 million ZRO tokens, valued at approximately $48.85 million. LayerZero is an omnichain interoperability protocol designed for lightweight cross-chain messaging, offering secure and configurable trustless communication.
Concurrently, ZKsync will unlock 173 million ZK tokens, with an approximate value of $3.98 million. Developed by Matter Labs, ZKsync is a Layer 2 scaling solution that utilizes zero-knowledge proofs to maintain the security of the underlying blockchain, with all funds held on-chain and computation executed off-chain.
