Объем российского рынка цифровых финансовых активов достиг 1 трлн рублей (около $12 млрд). Об этом рассказал глава Российского союза промышленников и предпринимателей Александр Шохин на Веронском евразийском экономическом форуме

Также он заявил, что у ЦФА есть потенциал стать основой мировой финансовой системы.

По его словам, быстрое развитие цифровых экосистем создает предпосылки для появления новых форм партнерств между индустриальными компаниями, банками и финансовыми организациями.

«Апробированы многие инструменты и сформирован рынок цифровых финансовых активов, который достиг уже 1 трлн рублей. Состоялось уже более 2 тыс. выпусков цифровых финансовых активов», — сказал Шохин.

Он также подчеркнул, что цифровые активы могут стать ключевым элементом будущей глобальной финансовой архитектуры.

«В текущих условиях денежно-кредитной политики Центрального банка для бизнеса цифровые активы являются реальной возможностью привлечения финансирования. Кроме того, цифра и цифровая валюта становятся неотъемлемой частью международных расчетов. ЦФА, в частности, гибридные цифровые финансовые активы могут быть привязаны к финансовым и реальным активам», — отметил он.

Шохин добавил, что «это позволит выстроить новую гибкую доверенную мировую финансовую систему, основанную на реальной стоимости и защищенной технологиями блокчейн».

В качестве примера он привел возможность привязки цифровых активов к золоту, другим драгоценным металлам, отдельным криптоактивам и востребованным товарам — нефти, зерну и сырью.

Для этого, по словам главы РСПП, необходимо обеспечить совместимость цифровых платформ и внести изменения в законодательство. Шохин отметил, что в России и странах Евразийского экономического союза уже активно внедряются инновационные решения в коммерческие процессы, создавая базу для дальнейшего развития цифровой экономики.

Upbit's limited-time promotion initially boosted its daily stablecoin volume by 162%, but the surge was almost entirely in USDT (98.1% of volume). The newly listed stablecoins saw negligible, fleeting interest. Furthermore, the promotional effect quickly waned in the second week, with volume dropping 33% on weekdays. A concurrent weakening of the KRW also contributed to the trading spike, independent of the fee waiver. The analysis suggests that once the promotion ends, Upbit is unlikely to retain its temporary gains unless it matches Coinone's permanent zero-fee policy, forcing a choice between market share and fee revenue. Upbit's strategic push may be less about immediate profit and more about preparing for future regulatory shifts. With South Korea's *Digital Asset Basic Act* on the horizon, which will regulate KRW-backed stablecoins, and following Dunamu's (Upbit's parent) integration into Naver Financial to build a payment ecosystem, securing a dominant position in the dollar stablecoin distribution channel holds long-term strategic value. However, potential regulatory conflicts could prevent Upbit from listing a future Naver-issued KRW stablecoin, making the current fight for dollar stablecoin flow even more critical.
