Digital Asset планирует использовать привлеченные средства для масштабирования сети Canton. По словам команды, блокчейн уже поддерживает токенизированные облигации, фонды денежного рынка, сырьевые активы, ипотеки и страховые контракты. Инвестиции позволят масштабировать эти решения и привлечь еще больше активов из традиционного финансового сектора.

«Капитал ускорит внедрение институциональных и децентрализованных финансов в сеть Canton. Капитал позволит быстро расширить интеграцию сотен миллиардов долларов в виде токенизированных реальных активов в Canton», — говорится в заявлении.

Многие инвесторы уже взаимодействуют с сетью Canton — как участники экосистемы, разработчики инфраструктуры или приложений. По состоянию на сейчас в сети более 400 участников, среди которых компании из TradFi и Web3-сегмента, следует из пресс-релиза.
