Банк России: Запуск цифрового рубля не приведет к изменению количества денег в экономике

В Банке России заявили, что перевод средств в государственные стейблкоины не приведет к изменению количества денег в экономике — для владельцев безналичных рублей изменятся только запись в онлайн-банке.

Регулятор подчеркнул, что для перевода наличных рублей в цифровые клиентам необходимо положить их на счет в своем банке. В этот момент они превратятся в безналичные, а купюры и монеты окажутся в банкомате или кассе банка. Далее в онлайн-приложении банка следует перевести их в свой цифровой кошелек на платформе Банка России.

«Рублей в экономике не станет больше или меньше, если вы переведете их в цифровые. Для владельца безналичных рублей поменяются только записи в онлайн-банке: деньги спишутся с банковского счета и зачислятся в кошелек с цифровыми рублями», — указал регулятор.

У клиентов будет возможность самим распределять средства между наличными, безналичными и цифровыми рублями, исходя из их потребностей. Переводы будут осуществляться мгновенно и безопасно, отметили в ЦБ.

Массовый запуск цифрового рубля для населения запланирован на 1 сентября 2026 года. С 1 января 2026 года государственный стейблкоин планируют задействовать во всех доходных и расходных операциях федерального бюджета, а с июля 2027 года он будет использоваться местными властями.

Ранее председатель Банка России Эльвира Набиуллина сообщила, что ключевое преимущество государственного стейблкоина состоит в возможности отследить все бюджетные расходы.
