Торговая практика Тейта также вызывает вопросы. По данным Lookonchain, к концу августа его суммарные убытки на Hyperliquid составляли около $700 тыс. В начале сентября 2025 года, вскоре после старта торгов токеном WLFI (World Liberty Financial), он открыл длинную позицию на бирже Hyperliquid. Уже 2 сентября сделка была ликвидирована с убытком в $67,5 тыс. Несмотря на это, Тейт вновь открыл длинную позицию.

При этом Тейт последовательно утверждает, что криптовалюта — это защита от инфляции и инструмент борьбы с финансовыми ограничениями. Он называет биткоин надежным активом и призывает не продавать токены ради краткосрочной выгоды.

Помимо DADDY, Тейт продвигал и другие проекты, например токен Andrew Tate’s Dog (G) на блокчейне Solana. На данный момент предложение этого актива составляет почти $1 млрд токенов, но в обращении фактически ничего нет, а торговая активность крайне низкая.
