Документ станет правовой базой для децентрализованного управления проектом, переход к которому начался с состоявшегося в сентябре хардфорка Chang.

Обновление имплементировало новую governance-структуру с тремя основными составляющими: Конституционным комитетом (CC), dReps и операторами стейкинг-пулов (SPO). Владельцы токенов ADA получили возможность участвовать в голосованиях напрямую или через представителей, определяя направление развития сети.

Из 63 делегатов, представляющих различные страны, за принятие основополагающего документа высказалось подавляющее большинство — 60. Теперь в рамках децентрализованного управления конституция должна получить одобрение сообщества.

На фоне события хакеры взломали аккаунт Cardano Foundation в соцсети X и опубликовали ряд фейковых заявлений для продвижения криптоскама.

Напомним, в апреле основатель Cardano Чарльз Хоскинсон сообщил, что до конца года блокчейн ожидает еще один важный апгрейд — внедрение новой версии механизма консенсуса Proof-of-Stake.
