Эксперт назвал происходящее на платформе «бойней». Он отметил, что в период с 10 по 11 августа 2024 года на Pump.fun запустили 16 357 токенов. Из них до биржи Raydium добрались только 175 мемкоинов. Более того, из упомянутых монет лишь 19 в конечном итоге смогли удержать рыночную капитализацию выше $69 000.

Иными словами, вероятность получить прибыль от инвестиций в мемкоин на платформе составляет 0,12%.

Отметим, что у монет, созданных на сервисе Pump.fun, нет предварительной продажи или командного распределения. Мемкоины должны достичь рыночного капитала в $69 000 долларов, прежде чем их залистят на децентрализованной бирже Raydium.

9 августа платформа Pump.fun отметила плату в $2 за создание токена. Благодаря этому каждый желающий может запустить собственный мемкоин бесплатно. Такой шаг привел к резкому росту количества вышедших токенов. Однако лишь некоторые из них достигают Raydium.

Журналисты подсчитали, что вероятность выигрыша в американскую рулетку в классическом казино выше, чем шансы на удачное вложение в мемкоин. По их словам, в первом случае возможность успешной ставки составляет 2,6%. Это гораздо выше, чем полученные экспертом результаты в 0,12% на Pump.fun.

При этом представители СМИ пришли к выводу, что при одинаковом вложении условных $100 больший выигрыш получает именно игрок в казино. Криптовалютный эксперт под ником Beanie считает главным получателем выгоды в истории с запуском мемкоинов саму платформу.

«Несомненно, Pump Fun, инсайдеры и профессиональные “коверщики”, которые доминируют на платформе, являются финансовыми победителями этого цикла.
