I. Project Introduction

1. What Is DAPPOS?

DAPPOS ($DOS) is a Web3 AI operating system designed to integrate research, planning, and execution capabilities of artificial intelligence, lowering the barrier for users to use AI tools and complete on-chain operations. Its core product, xBubble, is targeted at individuals, creators, small teams, and one-person companies, enabling the generation of documents, presentations, websites, images, videos, research reports, automated tasks, and software applications based on natural language instructions. DAPPOS consists of an Intelligent Layer responsible for requirement understanding and task planning, and an Execution Layer responsible for on-chain transactions and service delivery. $DOS is the ecosystem utility and governance token, used for service fee payments, staking, and ecosystem governance.

2. How Does DAPPOS Work?

DAPPOS completes tasks through the xBubble product system and the intent execution network. The core components include:

(1) Bubble Engine: Generates, tests, and optimizes solutions for specific tasks, and encapsulates verified execution paths into reusable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

(2) Bubble Pilot: Identifies user tasks and matches/schedules the corresponding SOPs, AI models, tools, and agents.

(3) SOP System: Combines skills, APIs, MCPs, models, and execution logic, allowing users to complete multi-step tasks through short instructions.

(4) Bubble Code: Calls coding SOPs based on business goals to complete software generation and modification, gradually covering login, payment, ordering, backend management, and deployment.

(5) Intent Execution Network: Adopts an Optimistic Minimum Staking (OMS) mechanism where service providers stake assets and execute on-chain tasks, with a Matcher responsible for matching and an Execution Validator responsible for verification. If a task fails and is confirmed, the staked assets can be used to compensate users.

3. Who Founded DAPPOS?

DAPPOS was founded by Ty Shen, who serves as CEO. Ty Shen graduated from Tsinghua University and was a co-founder and CTO of Alchemy Pay. Co-founder and CTO Isabella Yang has an educational background in artificial intelligence from Carnegie Mellon University and was previously a software engineer at Google. Head of Research Vincent Lee holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from Peking University.

DAPPOS was selected for the Binance Labs Incubation Program Season 5 and has received investments from institutions including Binance Labs, IDG Capital, Sequoia China, and Polychain Capital. In March 2024, the project completed a $15.3 million Series A funding round, reaching a post-money valuation of $300 million.

4. DAPPOS Tokenomics

$DOS is issued as an ERC-20 token on the Ethereum mainnet with a fixed total supply of 1 billion. It is used to pay for AI services and intent execution fees, and can also be used for staking, performance guarantees, and on-chain governance by service providers, validators, Matchers, and AI agents.

The allocation of $DOS is 22.5% for investors, 20% for the team, 20% for the ecosystem, 20% for the treasury, 11.5% for marketing, and 6% for airdrops. The initial circulating supply at TGE is 20%. The team and investor shares have a 12-month cliff, followed by a linear release over 48 months.

5. Timeline of Key Milestones

November 2022: DAPPOS was selected for the Binance Labs Incubation Program Season 5.

2023–2024: The project completed its Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A funding rounds.

2026: xBubble formed its product architecture consisting of Bubble Engine, Bubble Pilot, the SOP system, and Bubble Code. $DOS was officially issued and entered market circulation.​
