RedotPay raises $107M Series B led by Goodwater for stablecoin payments
RedotPay, a Hong Kong-based stablecoin payments company, has raised $107 million in a Series B funding round led by Goodwater Capital. The round saw participation from Pantera Capital, Blockchain Capital, Circle Ventures, and existing investors. This brings the company's total funding in 2025 to $194 million.
RedotPay offers stablecoin-based payment products, including a card for spending digital assets, cross-border payout rails, and multicurrency accounts. It has over 6 million registered users across 100+ markets, processes more than $10 billion in annual payment volume, and generates over $150 million in annualized revenue.
The new capital will be used for acquisitions, obtaining additional licenses, expanding compliance operations, and hiring across engineering and product teams. This funding follows a previous $47 million raise in September 2024.
The article also notes that the stablecoin market has grown significantly since the passage of the GENIUS Act in the U.S., rising over $50 billion to approximately $309.55 billion.
