Председатель Банка России Эльвина Набиуллина сообщила, что решение отсрочить начало обязательного использования цифрового рубля до сентября 2026 года было связано с необходимостью «проработки востребованных сервисов».

Руководитель российского регулятора на конгрессе финансистов в Казахстане назвала «технологический компонент» проекта цифрового рубля «в основном подготовленным». При переходе к массовому применению этой формы национальной валюты банки будут обязаны предоставлять клиентам доступ к сервисам, добавила глава ЦБ.

«Технологически более-менее все понятно. Мы как раз хотим вместе с участниками рынка осмыслить, какие сервисы будут наиболее востребованы в экономике, именно с этой точки зрения продлеваем пилот», — заверила Набиуллина.

Она пообещала, что юридические и физические лица смогут использовать цифровые рубли на добровольной основе. По словам Набиуллиной, ЦБ РФ будет совершенствовать «самые востребованные сервисы» ради «практической пользы для населения».

Цифровой рубль поможет экономить на администрировании бюджетного процесса, всем региональным и местным бюджетам операции с цифровыми рублями станут доступны в 2027 году, добавила председатель Банка России.

Ранее Эльвира Набиуллина заявила, что главное преимущество государственного стейблкоина заключается в возможности отследить все бюджетные расходы.
