Парагвай инвестирует в Polkadot через токенизацию инновационного хаба.
AIV будет иметь отель, университет, конгресс-центр и дата-центр.
Планируется выпустить 130 000 монет с обеспечением на $6 млн.

В столице Парагвая стартует проект Assuncion Innovation Valley (AIV) — инновационный хаб с отелем, университетом, конгресс-центром и дата-центром. Для его развития компания Paradata объявила о токенизации активов на платформе Better Use Blockchain (BuB), которая работает на Moonbeam в рамках экосистемы Polkadot.

Всего выпустят 130 000 монет, обеспеченных землей стоимостью $6 млн. Владельцы получат права голоса в собрании акционеров и долю от прибыли.

Ожидается, что с третьего года работы объекта доход начнет распределяться автоматически через смарт-контракты.

Запуск запланирован на III квартал 2025 года, когда система будет интегрирована с глобальными платежными шлюзами и KYC-решениями.

Управление проектом будет осуществляться через ончейн-голосование, а токены будут проходить независимый аудит. В случае судебного решения они могут быть заморожены, сожжены или перераспределены.

«Этот проект с Парагвайской палатой блокчейна разрабатывался в течение двух лет. То, что начиналось как пилотный проект, превратилось в потенциальный ориентир для Латинской Америки. Благодаря поддержке Polkadot, видению Марио и Рикардо из палаты, а также инфраструктуре от Хайме из Better Use Blockchain, все партнеры — Polkadot, Better Use Blockchain, Moonbeam и Парагвайской палатой блокчейна — стали ключевыми для реализации этой инициативы», заявил Джон Родел Бартоломе, бизнес-девелопер в Polkadot и Sunset Labs.

Напомним, что в сентябре 2024 года платформа Dune интегрировала более 50 парачейнов Polkadot, укрепляя статус главного аналитического хаба экосистемы.
