如今已无人在意的「质押金铲子」TIA 又一次迎来社区舆论危机。在价格长期阴跌、叙事逐渐边缘化的这段时间里,Celestia 的网络收入持续低迷、DA 赛道的可行性也遭遇挑战,在此背景下,其联合创始人 John Adler 抛出了一项颠覆性治理提案。

取消质押,Celestia 要革「POS」的命

联合创始人 John Adler 日前提出一项颠覆性治理提案,主张网络应彻底放弃当前的权益证明(Proof-of-Stake, PoS)机制,转而采用「治理证明」(Proof-of-Governance, PoG)模式。这项提案一经提出便在加密社区引发热议,直指区块链治理结构的核心理念。

若该方案获得采纳,Celestia 网络将经历一系列结构性重构:首先,TIA 代币的发行将削减约 20 倍,极大压缩流通通胀,对应减发比例高达 95%。其次,现有的委托质押和流动性质押合约将被全面废除,链上治理机制同步终止。

TIA 的新增发行量将全数支付给验证者,作为运行节点的链下激励;验证者则不再通过代币投票选出,而是通过链下治理机制决定。此外,Celestia 将采用费用销毁机制以回馈持币者,每日约 100 至 300 美元的协议收入将直接用于 TIA 价值支持。

Adler 甚至主张彻底移除「质押」这一概念。他认为在不再有代币发行奖励、也不依赖质押投票选出验证者的情况下,「质押」这一行为变得多余,LST 也随之失去存在基础,TIA 本身就成为价值捕获的直接载体。

Adler 的提案本质上意在解决 TIA 价格长时间下行的通胀性压力,通过构建更稀缺、更紧凑的代币经济模型,为网络长期价值注入基础逻辑。

但与此同时,该方案也挑战了以太坊主流共识中被视为「理所当然」的数项假设,例如区块链经济安全性是否真的依赖惩罚机制(slashing)、PoS 是否实则为一种带权限的「权威证明」机制(PoA 的变种)、以及区块链系统能否通过「无治理盈利模型」来可持续运作。此提案若被采纳,将不仅重构 Celestia 的经济模型,也可能对当前以太坊主导的质押治理逻辑构成挑战。

然而,就在这份旨在「重建代币经济基础」的治理提案尚未落地之际,社区却接连曝出 Celestia 团队大量套现的行为,使得外界对提案的初衷产生分歧性解读。一方面项目方强调 PoG 模式有望遏制通胀、修复代币模型并重振市场信心;但另一方面,链上数据显示多位核心团队成员在解锁窗口开启后迅速完成大额变现操作,累计套现超过 1 亿美元,引发市场质疑。

这场通缩改革究竟是为了 TIA 的长期价值,还是团队「高位出货」后的制度掩护?在 TIA 跌幅已达 92%、用户信任持续流失的背景下,Celestia 的「模块化愿景」正面临前所未有的信任危机。

出货才是王道?

社区用户@0xCircusLover 的推文指控 Celestia 核心团队在代币解锁、资金运作以及市场宣传等多个层面存在严重不透明行为。这一爆料被部分观察者形容为对 Celestia「犯罪模式」的揭露,引发市场对项目内部治理与操守的强烈质疑。

据其披露,Celestia 高管早在 2024 年 10 月上旬便已完成 TIA 代币解锁,团队成员的解锁也紧随其后启动。在随后的几个月中,多位核心人物相继被曝通过场外交易或资源置换方式实现大额套现。例如项目联合创始人 Mustafa 被指通过 OTC 渠道变现逾 2500 万美元,并已迁居至迪拜,另一位关键人物 Andy 则被控接受报酬为 TIA 进行推广,而 Yaz 则因涉及性骚扰指控被开除并退出币圈。用户声称掌握相关受害者信息和带货交易的证据,拟于近期公布完整材料。

此外,他还提到 Celestia 曾向知名机构 Abstract 支付七位数美元资金,以换取其「脱离」竞争对手 Eigen 的合作关系,并向媒体人 Jon Charb 与 Bankless 付费以维系项目正面形象。这一系列金钱运作被爆料者指控为「有偿宣传」的典型操作。

争议的另一焦点集中在 Bankless 主播 David 的角色上,社区质疑其频繁为 TIA 发声,却并无实际使用 Celestia 数据可用性服务或搭建协议的经验,反而在多次公开发言中就其是否持有 TIA 代币前后矛盾,引发对其言论公正性的广泛质疑。

该爆料虽尚未经官方回应,但已在部分圈层内引发信任危机,尤其是对 TIA 当前市场价格承压、员工持续抛售背景下的进一步放大效应。Celestia 曾以「模块化数据可用性」叙事走红,但如今,围绕其核心团队治理、舆论操控与资金流向的连环质疑,正让这个曾被寄予厚望的项目陷入前所未有的公关危机。

此前,加密 KOL Mosi 给出了一份 Celestia 内部团队代币分发与变现数据表,显示团队成员总共已售出约 943 万枚 TIA,按当时市场价格估算累计套现金额高达 1.09 亿美元。这些代币均归属「Team」类别,属于早期核心成员及贡献者所有。

最大抛售地址为 celestia1erglsz...,已售出 2,609,516.29 枚 TIA,对应现金 27,368,523.82 美元。多个地址抛售额在百万美元以上,显示团队在代币解锁初期即积极变现。

在这条推文下方,有用户引用 Celestia COO Nick White 的发言来进行嘲讽,「我从未卖出过一枚 TIA」与上图的一亿美元遥相呼应。

去年 10 月,Celestia 在一次重大解锁前夕对外宣布「完成 1 亿美元融资」,一度引发社区对其资金实力的乐观预期。然而据加密投资人 Sisyphus 披露,该笔融资实为数月前已完成的场外交易,所涉代币将在 10 月集中解锁。此类行为被部分社区成员视为典型的信息操控:「先场外出货,再包装成利好,最后在解锁窗口前引导散户接盘。」

尽管 Celestia 当前估值被外界标注为 35 亿美元,但其真实收入远无法支撑如此估值膨胀。根据公开数据显示,Celestia 的日均协议收入不足百美元,年化潜力亦仅 500 万美元上下。业内人士普遍指出,Celestia 的市场定价更像是对「未来叙事」的溢价预支,而非建立在现有使用数据或商业模型之上。正因如此,一旦市场情绪转冷,其估值泡沫便极易面临挤压。

面对围绕 Celestia 的各类指控与舆论风波,Celestia 的创始人公开表示尽管当前市场充斥着「越来越离谱的 FUD,但所有创始成员、早期员工与核心工程师依然在岗。其还透露 Celestia 当前拥有超过 1 亿美元的资金储备,现金流充足,可支撑运营超过 6 年。
