Xryma launches regulated stablecoin XREUR
Cyprus-based fintech company Xryma Plc has announced the launch of XrymaCoin (XREUR), a regulated, euro-backed stablecoin. Following a notification to the Central Bank of Cyprus, the company has published documentation for the issuance of XREUR in compliance with the MiCA regulation. The public launch is scheduled for September 3, 2026.
XREUR will be issued and circulated via the Xryma platform. Both private users and companies will be able to acquire the stablecoin using open banking payments, the European Central Bank's T2 instant settlement system, or through a business API integration.
The platform supports SEPA Instant transfers, Mastercard-based open banking services, and connectivity to the ECB's settlement system. Upon redemption, users can instantly receive euros to their account or send funds to over 60 countries with next-business-day crediting.
